The three tops I bought ate nothing like the picture on facebook. It's disgusting I'm telling everybody I can not to buy off you

Very poor quality, nothing like the pictures. Can't get to speak to anyone only via 'ticket' Even though item was faulty I was still expected to pay the return postage (£22) in the end I had to accept £7 compensation. I lost £43 on rubbish goods . I would never use this site again and would advise everyone NOT to buy anything from here.

I still have not received my bathing suit.It was delivered to the wrong address according to my delivery email and I never got it. Now I lost $46.00. I would like it refunded or delivered to 7406 Bath Street.

I wish I’d found these reviews before placing my order and submitting for a return. I don’t have the clothing items they claim to have sent; my refund is no where close to what I spent and contacting them has been useless. So, I’m out my money and clothing items. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

Of the 4 pieces I purchased 3 of the pieces were incorrect. The top had one of the straps twisted. The second swimsuit was listed as the same size as the first one I bought but was 2 sizes larger. And the swim bottoms were the regular swimsuit bottoms instead of the longer shorts that I ordered. Customer service has not replied to my messages. I don’t think I will be ordering from them again and will tell others about their products and customer service problems.

I wish I would have read the reviews before I ordered. Customer service there was the WORST I have ever experienced. Tina from Rotita said they would issue a store credit. The online chat rep Clara asked me to wait "1 business day" because I was still waiting for it. But also asked 3x's to give her a "thumbs up" rating. When I never got it after waiting the 1 business day, she then said" It was over 30 days and they are not sending it! DO NOT BUY HERE!!! THE WORST EVER!! This was sent to the BBB and I will be sure to leave reviews everywhere and tell everyone I know. WORD of mouth is HUGE in the US. THIS IS A HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE company! They have a 1 star rating on BBB

Ordered a swimsuit on Feb. 9, 2023. Had no receipt or communication from company until I did live chat with a representative. She did send a receipt with a tracking number. I was supposed to receive it between Feb. 28 to March 9. Still waiting and it shows in my tracking it arrived in NY on Feb. 7. Unhappy. Will not purchase again.

Cloth is very cheap polyester so it feels like wearing a plastic bag and they don't tell you that international transaction fees will be charged by your charge card. So not only did I get $100. worth of cheap plastic clothing but I paid an additional $3.00 in int'l fees.

I am trying to contact customer service on live chat I have been transferred to 4 people in 5 minutes no one chatting!!! To find out why it's going to cost me £25 to return a dress that only cost £49!!!!

I'm trying to contact them and cannot find any contact details unless I submit a ticket. as i've already submitted a return ticket regarding my order number it bounces back to me. I'm trying to find out if they have a uk address to return my items to but I cannot get a reply !! Awful as it will cost me close to £30 to send back

ordered tops for my wife for christmas, they were promised by dec 22. Items never arrived, so I contacted them, I was given a new date of Jan.8th. Jan 8 came and went, so I contacted them again, they said that item was out of stock, no date was given. At that point I cancelled the order, they tried to give me a store credit, absurd!! I requested a refund to my card, finally after a 10 day wait they did refund the card. I will not business with this company again. They give you such a come on, this percent off, even more off ,etc. But what good is it if you can't deliver.

The quality of the dress I ordered is really horrible. It is comparable to a Halloween Costume you buy in a temporary Halloween Store. It is not returnable and this is their out, so watch out! You will get the stuff you ordered, but the pictures are NOT what you get, and I am left having to donate what I bought and I don't think Goodwill will even take it. VERY poor quality clothing. Such a scam and so disappointed. I hope this saves someone else from making the same mistake and literally donating money to Rotita.

This company as well other companies such as Modlily are one and the same. I placed an order 12-2-22. Was told the order would arrive by 12-24-22 at the latest. I still don't have this package. It has been scanned in and out of the the same location in NJ for over a month. Customer service refuses to address the issue. Always generic answer of please wait you get order soon. RUN AWAY DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE

I have been waiting for my package since the end of November. It is now 10th January. I have left numerous tickets & used the live chats. They haven't updated my tracking since 28th December. I have used this company & I liked the clothes, but never again. It is so stressful. Mary Comrie

Rotita as well as a few other companies (all of which I am sure are the same companies operating under different names) use the same shipping partner: FAST TRACK EXPRESS INC. This company has no customer service at all. I have repeatedly asked Rotita to reach out to them no avail. The order in question was placed 12-2-22 and was told the latest day of receipt by me would be 12-24-22. Obviously this did not happen. It was an anklet, hat and shirt. The order placed after this one was already delivered. I have expressed multiple times that I believe this package to be lost as it has been in the same location being scanned multiple times for over 2 weeks. Rotita owes me compensation for this frustrating experience. I have left a bad review on BBB; I have left a bad review on the review board site; I will be leaving more bad reviews unless I am compensated for this issue. At this point I believe I am entitled to some form of compenstation. Your customer service is like speaking with aliens and I need to say "TAKE ME TO YOUR LEADER" They just keep saying it will be updated in a week, please to wait. Really????? Your answer is to shut up and keep waiting???? I have still not gotten the Order No: W2212020355165796 placed on 12-2-22

I ordered on 11/30/22 its 1/9/23 I still have not received my order😣 According to tracking it has not even shipped or been received by USPS I will never order another thing from this company!!!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. As all the other reviews state, this is a waste of time and money. I paid for expedited shipping in order to have the item for Christmas. I was told my latest delivery date would be Dec. 7th. I finally received the items on December 29th! No longer need Christmas-themed clothes!! AND... the quality is horrible. I doubt they could even stand up to a dry cleaner. EVERY POSITIVE REVIEW IS NOT REAL. READ THEM, SEE THE BROKEN ENGLISH...THEY ARE WRITTEN INTERNALLY I AM SURE.
