“Ordered 4 tops. None of them fit. I don't like the material. Shipping is very slow. Didn't even ask to return them. Just saved me more frustration. Wasted $100. You will not see any reviews less than 5 stars on the site......... What does that tell you? I do not recommend this company!”
“I have been trying to contact by email for the last two weeks trying to return my items as they do not fit and I do not like the way they feel. I tried them on as soon as I got them, but did not like the clothing and contacted the company, but have not received one response as of yet. I will never order from them again and never recommend them to anyone.”
“Unfortunately I ordered 4 tops from Rotita before I checked for reviews outside of their site. The tops looked so nice on their site, great material, vibrant colors, why wouldn't I like them, right?
Someone said it in another review that I read on this site, the material is nothing like what they show, it's extremely thin and like plastic. The sizes are wrong also, they run much smaller than what they should be, they don't fit me at all, but based on what others have said about trying to get a refund, I am going to spare myself the frustration and consider the $89 I spent as lesson learned to look for reviews outside of a companies site first.
Please take my advice and do not order from this company, I wish I would have read these reviews first.”

i bought a christmas dress for £25, which is too big and doesn't look nice... only to find that their return address is in USA... which will cost me about 1/2 the price i paid to return it! plus they say that they will reduce the refund if the item has been tried on... of course i tried it on!! customer service chat is ridiculous and saying "sorry" but not really helping - just frustrating! and to top it off, the same horrible dress i bought is now selling at 1/2 price on their site. that is really rubbing salt into the wounds! Avoid and buy the same dress from a UK site and save yourself the heartache and disappointment - and probably some money, too!”

“I bought 3 tops....shipped in good time..however….after reading the reviews about customer service and no refunds...I decided to keep the tops and have them altered as they were advertised as "tops" but came down to my knees as if they were dresses. I will not order again.”
“Customer service is a joke. I returned 1 item and after 75 emails and 3 months later I received my replacement. Many of the email strings were not understood by the customer service (what a joke).
Once I had returned the original item they said they couldn't replace it or refund my $ because it had been worn and was dirty. I tried it on in my bedroom saw it was defective and sent it back.
There is no laundry instructions or a label stating what it is made of.
It was a horrible experience. Hopefully I can forget it soon.”
“SCAM, don't shop at Rotita they are Scammers. The sizes are about two sizes small and when you return the items they take about 70% of what you paid. We returned items that wasn't even tried on because the sizes are just that far off and they said the items were stained. This is a sorry excuse of a business; they are only there to get your money. Customer service is only by email and they never answer a question straight. Most times they use half phrases to reply back to you. I spent over $300 and so far only getting back $79. Stay away from this company if not you will be sorry once they get your money. Yes, the clothes do look good and the prices are good but it want be worth the trouble when they get your money.”
“Twice I have ordered items that are 'Season Sensitive" Halloween. and Twice they items show to be available, and then are sold out after I've paid for them. Shipping takes 2 weeks plus. notifications of items sold out is dismal. The Support agent Losliya is helpless. She says 99% are in stock, which isn't true. Don't buy from them if you actually want the item.”
“ANU and LOSLIYA are horrible customer service agent. Live chat my ass its like chatting with a bunch of dummies. All I wanted was a confirmation on my exchange and the information of the tracking number that they wanted. Also to let me know that I will receive my package back to me once they process the exchange for the right size. But I get no confirmation back just a bunch of dummies pretending to want to help you and close the chat on you. There clothes are not the US fitting size and its not spandex and it looks like its been used to expensive for the price they charge you. If I had known this was an asian company I wouldn't have purchased at all they do not have customer support only live chatting very useless.”
“Someone at Rotita tried to open a Pay Pal account in my name. When I initially placed my order I used a credit card so, there was no need for a pay pal account. This company is a scam. Do not use”
“I very recently bought 3 women’s tops. They were too small. I’m in the process of “trying” to return them. I repacked them, took them to my local post office & sent them back. They claim ALL 3 items were stained or used & offered to refund 50%. Ironically before I mailed them back they offered to refund 50% & me keep them. I never wore any of the items & they certainly were not stained. I have contacted my credit card company to dispute the charges. SO frustrating!! Buyer BEWARE!!!”
“I purchased 3 bathing suits of the same size. One was clearly too large. I tried to return it and was told if I tried it on they may not refund you. How are you supposed to know if online purchased clothing fits if you can't try it on? Then they said I could accept a partial refund and keep the bathing suit. I asked what a partial refund was and they said 50%. When I looked it was offering me $4.35 for a $21 bathing suit. I let them know that wasn't 50% and then they automatically issued a 50% refund. Don't buy from them. If it fits then great, but if it doesn't you are screwed. Also shipping took over a month.”
“I ordered 4 shirts and 2 dresses. The material is pretty thin, but I like the shirts. However, one of the dresses has no buttons or zipper. There's no way to put the dress on! The waist of the dress will not fit over my shoulders if I try to put it on over my head, or over my hips if I try to step into it. When I looked into returning it, I saw that if you try it on, they consider it to be used and will not return your money. I will not buy from this company again. If I can't try the item on, I could easily be wasting more of my money. Very disappointing.”

“I bought 3 items, but quality and sizing was so poor I put them straight back in the bags. I spent an extra £15 to ship them back to America only to be told that they were ‘stained’ and they could not refund!! They were only out of the packaging for 30 seconds!! Looking at other reviews, this appears to be one of their standard responses. I would not recommend buying from this terrible company.”
