“Just received my swim dress. Post for swim dress said top AND panty. I never I received the swim dress part NO panty. Tried live chat to resolve once I told her she disappeared. Never resolved. Called was told I could send back for refund.. AFTER reading true reviews think I’ll take what I have and just spread the word. I have to say the material is cheap / thin you can see the cut line on bottom not hemmed!!!!! I posted a review on their site rotita.com WAS a 1 star and shipping takes forever. My issue is they never posted the review. Beware they only post 4 or 5 stars on website to fool you.”

“I ordered 3 dresses & had to return them due to size issues. I returned the very next day I received them. I was told by the post office, that they will receive the parcel in 10 days. I was chasing them to see if they have received the parcel for nearly 6 weeks & After that they sent me message stating they can’t refund me full & can't send the another size as the item was stained. I don’t believe this, as I sent the items the very next day & Rotita has not been open and honest and didn’t even bother informing me that they have received the parcel until I asked them!!!
To my surprise another message came through stating only 1/4 amount was refunded and that too was on the rotita account & not in my bank account. Why refund on your store account??? Are you that confident that even after your unprofessional approach, people would buy stuff again?
However, on checking my Rotita account, there is no balance in my Rotita account. It seems they are there to extort the money from people.
I would like to know how to take this matter further as ultimately it is my hard earned money and I deserve the full refund.

“Received product - bad material and sizing - followed the companies VERY complicated return process to the tee!!!! I still have not received my refund. I messaged a representative by the name of Suganya, he or she first told me I would receive my refund within 10-20 business days unless it was with PayPal I would receive it in 48 hours - it has be 20 days since they received my return (I used UPS so I could track it - one of the requirements of their return policy). They received the return on the 15th of May and it is May 30th...still no refund...btw I paid with PayPal so I should have gotten my refund within 48 hours of the 15th. When I called her/him out on the timing...they suddenly changed the refund time to 30days....and I have all of this recorded in a live chat log....WILL NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN!!! NEVER!!!!!”
“Ordered 4 Shirts, all 70/30 polyester cotton....first Rotita send me tracking number, which was empty for 10 days before the actually shipped it, then the order arrived one month after my order was placed, just to discover that none of the shirts had any cotton what so ever. One of the shirts is as stiff as cardboard. When I contacted CS they just replied to send them back via their website....so now I have to pay to return them because they refused to send a prepaid return label. .....my advise....stay away from this fraudulent company”
“Rotita is a complete SCAM. I ordered a black and white top, size M. The top they sent was a Large, and the black and white pictured on their site, turned out to be black and white ONLY on the front side, and was a NAVY BLUE material on the entire back side! They promise "easy returns" BUT they do not even include a receipt with the item purchased, AND they do not furnish an acknowledgement of your purchase, with a purchase number in an e-mail after you order it, so you have NO NUMBERS to refer to, no address, no phone number and their website is an impossible site, asking for numbers you have NEVER EVEN been supplied WITH, before they will give you "permission" to return! BUYER BEWARE!!! Do NOT make the mistake I did. DO NOT ORDER FROM ROTITA!!!”

“I ordered something over a month ago for my vacation. They sent out emails that it was going to be delayed. I contacted them to ask if they could cancel my order because it would arrive after my trip. Instead of getting back to me with a solution they waited a week and shipped it anyway and told me that I could just return it after my vacation or refuse the order. That means I've wasted my money”

They do not make it clear they are based and operate out of China. Avoid is my advice - you may be lucky, unfortunately I was not and lost money. Rotita knowingly sent out an item with a fault in a very obvious location, making the coat unwearable. In addition the item was very poorly packed. They expected me to pay for the return - lowest shipping available is £20 to return to China for a refund - this was not financial sense - so lost $37 of hard earned cash
