I inquired after several months and they say that they can't find the package. Huge runaround. Won't be buying from them again. NEVER got my refund. They won't steal from me again”

“Don't waste your time; customer service is SO BAD. I ordered two swim suits because they were so cute. I actually got one, and cannot get them to tell me when the other will ship. About to just cancel the order. Rotita is obviously a foreign company. Customer service responses are written in broken English. I'm so frustrated I wish I would have seen these reviews before they got my credit card number. Just buy elsewhere and you will be glad you did.”
“I gave them a 4 star because the delivery took longer than I was told in checkout (especially because I paid a shipping upgrade to get it faster). There is tracking on the shipment, although it's not as detailed as the tracking we are used to in the States.
The products are of decent quality; I mean these prices are so cheap you can't expect designer quality here, folks! The clothes do run smaller than usual...read the sizing chart and order-up in size. I ordered swimwear and a jumpsuit and they are actually very flattering!
Overall, I'd do it again...just expect about a month to get the shipment (from China).”
“The company is in China, so you will have to expect a long time with shipping (since I had free shipping, I paid $11 for a shipping upgrade which definitely helps to secure your order during the shipping process). I ordered right before Chinese New Year, they did warn that orders would be delayed, I got mine in about a month. The items were fine, decent quality, but sizing is small (you need to order bigger than usual, read the sizing chart). I ordered a swimsuit and it was actually really cute, and flattering.”

The fit was perfect and good quality. If I had purchased this suit at a dept. store it would have been over $120.00 or more, but after reading the reviews about all the issues on returns, I will not order from this company again.”
“What a nightmare. I ordered online. It took almost 30 days to get to me and everything had to be returned because nothing fit. FYI, their sizes run small. I went through their steps for returns and sent them the tracking number per their instructions. 30 days later, no refund. I talked to them..."don't worry!! I'll take care of you. You'll get an email within 24 hours confirming your return." A week later, nothing. I reached out to them 3 additional times. "don't worry!!! I'll take care of you." Nothing. This went on for almost 2 months. Finally, I saw a refund from them on my Pay Pal account (BTW, I never got the promised email) but it wasn't for the full amount. It was short by $32 and I paid for the return postage. They have cute clothes but NEVER AGAIN!!!”
