“Had lots of issues with this company when the pandemic hit, however they had our deposit so we continued to use them for our postponed wedding in 2023. Once again to start with great customer service. On the big day the bus driver refused to stay for photographs as he had another booking, therefore me and my husband did not get any photographs at all with the bus, I didn’t even see my wedding names on the bus. When I brought this up after our wedding I got absolutely no where not even an apology. Such a bad service… I never leave bad reviews but I was appalled at the total lack of care they had! Even though we paid extra for this and it was on our paperwork.”

“We were initially very excited to work with RouteMaster, they had some of the best prices and seemed very helpful. That was until the pandemic hit one month after we signed our contract, which meant postponing our wedding. Jennie refused to work with us on providing a refund of our deposit because “they’re a family business and are suffering from the pandemic” which was fair, we were all suffering and so we would work together on our new date. One year later. Except that, once our new date was confirmed as safe to move ahead with, then they didn’t have a vehicle available and wouldn’t provide a refund of our deposit. Clearly, as they had no vehicle available they could refund our deposit as they were suffering financial loss after all. But they chose to keep the deposit. This was shocking behaviour given the circumstances and appalling when you consider how the industry pulled together during the pandemic. Would not recommend them.”
