“Someone paid £8 on 20 November to send me a package, still waiting. Postman comes in porch to use my shelf to write card to say it's taken away again. How do they think we get money to pay their extortionate prices if we're not out at work? Tried to rebook for Friday 1st but unavailable so now Sat 2nd - don't worry RM I'll cancel my food shopping to wait for your delivery which currently has a six hour window. I'd advise everyone - find another provider because these people suck.”

“So posted 3 cards from family for my Son's Birthday on Monday 21/11/22 at 7 am. All had First Class stamps & all posted in same box. Only 1 card arrived yesterday the 24th!!!! “I work for a company that provides medication for people's pets. Medication that people rely on to keep their pets happy, healthy and ALIVE! These pathetic strikes are causing so much stress and heartache to people and the aforementioned pets. You apparently were offered a 9% pay rise and rejected it!! Why on EARTH do these people think they provided such an amazing service in the first place (which they most certainly did not) that they have the right to keep spitting their dummies out in such a narcissistic and self serving way? “I am so sick of waiting around for parcels sometimes for weeks after they have been posted. This useless company needs to pull their finger out. There is strike action on the 24th and 25th of November but this is the 23rd and they don’t seem to have even bothered to turn up? Seriously wish more online sellers would give other postage options because Royal Mail are absolutely useless. In fact I wouldn’t be too sad to see the entire company go bust. “Lose my signed for parcels but can’t tell you any details and never get returned even with return address on them. Main office open from 8-10am and no phone number. Anyone would think they don’t want to take responsibility. Going to find a different service as I’ve spent over £2000 in last year with this disgrace of a company. Hope they go under they deserve it”
“the tracked heart medication for my dog has not been delivered despite saying it was due days ago. He is now without this essential medication. The Royal Mail tracking is currently offline as well
