While moving house, paid for the redirection service which has totally failed. We have not received any redirected mail at all and today have to travel back to our old address to collect all the mail that has been delivered there. Over £80.00 for a service which Royal Mail have totally failed to deliver on!! Disgusting and they have done nothing about it since my original complaint which is now three weeks old, mail is still going to the old address. I am seeking a full refund and will take this matter to the claims court if I do not receive a full refund.

absolutely usless I've got to the stage if it's delivered by royal mail I don't but it . the service is rubbish.

Arrived at Glasgow mail centre Saturday 8th July 4.58pm and it's not moved from there since. When I called, they couldn't tell me where it was.......what did I pay for???? More than £8 for postage costs. " Track your mail" it said! " Delivery" 3- 5 days it said! Absolutely disgraceful service. Think twice before using Royal Mail service....I will in future. Rubbish service. Update!! Still no movement 15th July @ 07.20am...come on Royal Mail. GET A MOVE ON! Further Update!! 16th July Still no movement from Glasgow Mail Centre where it has been since 8th July!!! 8 days of non movement !!!! Would like an explanation. Email complaint sent.....no feedback received. Does Royal Mail even exist?? I wonder ?? Reply to email received apologising for any delay but unable to provide further information than that on their website. Update 17th July 9 days of non movement! What an awful Royal Mail ''improvement''! Since July 10th we cannot simple drop off pre-paid items as easy as before! In my situation, closest Royal Mail Delivery office in Bredbury is opened only from 8am to 10am! What to do for people who work up to 2pm, or, on day off want to lay down longer? Next brach would be Stockport Central Delivery Office, there is 8-10 and 4pm-6pm hours. Its worst hours picked as its massive peak hours to drive. Now click and drop customers got to go to Post Office and leave all big and heavy boxes in their small shops? You may want to say book a free collection, well, I tried today and it says no slots available for whole week! And when there will be a slot, from mid August you gonna start charging for collection, wont be free anymore. RM, what are you doing with customers??? You really want us to leave somewhere else? There are plenty other couriers. You do not value your customers at all by making our life harder. Make dropping off parcels easier!

Do they actually deliver letters, we're lucky if we get a delivery twice a month!! I've missed several hospital appointments because of this lack of service!! Dreadful, they should be shut down!

I posted a tracked package from Northern Ireland to the Inland Revenue. It was important. It didn’t arrive and tracking was non-existent. I inquired at the Post office from where I sent it. They had no information but handed me a form to try to reclaim the postage. No help. I prepared a new set of documents to send to IR. I posted them this time registered post via the Irish postal service AnPost. I was able to track it to Heathrow. This second package never went beyond Heathrow. It hasn’t arrived either. I ended up preparing a third package and send it with friends to U.K. who despatched it via courier. It arrived safely. Enough said.

terrible company paid for home collection and 24hr tracked delivery,,,two weeks later hasnt arrived, tracking ends in swindon sorting depot,,,,enjoy the early birthday or xmas gift, ive been robbed, customer going ape,,,,,,tracking 24hr XN055717816GB....HOW DO YOU LOSE A TRACKED 24,,HOME PICK UP PARCEL,, id sack the lot of you for incompetence or theft

On Saturday 8th July Royal Mail left a red card in our street door because we were out and said they would re-deliver our parcel today Monday 10th July "ROYAL MAIL DID NOT DELUVER TODAY" We waited in all day. I usually visit my brother who has Learning difficulties today, instead we made arrangements to visit my brother yesterday. Very inconvenient of Royal Mail. ROYAL MAIL SHOULD NOT LIE TO THEIR CUSTOMERS ROYAL MAIL ARE A NATIONAL DISGRACE. Not only are Royal Mail keep increasing their prices they are offering a 3rd class service. ROYAL MAIL LACK LEADERSHIP, NO ONE AT ROYAL MAIL SEEMS TO KNOW WHAT WHEY ARE DOING. On the Isle of Wight we are lucky if we can 1 delivery a week. In my personal opinion the way Royal Mail operate they are a disgrace to be named Royal Mail The Monarchy should remove their Royal name from such a poorly run Company. You only have to read many reviews and Royal Mail are letting many persons down. I read earlier even Ofcom are looking into their poor Service. I hope a Company who knows what they are doing rake over POORLY run Royal Mail Evri are an excellent Company, when they say they are delivering, they deliver. ROYAL MAIL LIE TO THEIR CUSTOMERS I HAVE NEVER BEEN SO ANGRY When you wait in all day and they don't deliver It is very frustrating. IF THEY SAID IN THE FIRST PLACE THEY ARE CLUELESS AND USELESS AND THAT THEY MIGHT NOT DELIVER TODAY, THAT I WOULD UNDERSTAND, BUT THEY SAID THEY WOULD ARRIVE. Time costs money.

Royal Mail, ha, what a rubbish company, false information, rubbish tracking, rubbish customer service, 48hr tracking, a joke. Had a parcel despatched by supplier Wed 5th, its now Sat 8th, 72 hrs, still no update, why, because of there rubbish tracking

Royal mail fail to follow instructions every time. Their own website claims a bin is NOT a safe place. So why does the postman continually throw my parcels in the bin? I never requested any safe place. I asked them to call and I will open the door. Or to bang on the door loudly. It is a filthy thing to do, and as I get frequent parcels, happens too often.

I posted a letter to be signed for 6 days ago ive given up on it,its the second and last time i do it,about a month ago i returned a broadband box to Vodafone which never arrived,absolute rubbish is Royal mail track and trace,never again,

failed to collect parcels on couple of occasions, cant find out what is going on. just told to cancel & rebook or ask for a refund, but cant request a refund online i have to fill out a form & post it to them. made difficule to get a refund so they can keep my money & hopefully spend it on customer service

Beware they are thieves they stole my expensive package and didn’t even bother to search it they don’t give you any information about it and at the end they just pay small amount as a compensation after that. After reading a lot of reviews on them I think it’s a strategy by there own workers they steal your expensive package with out sending it and when you claim they just pay like 50£ even if your package worth a lot more than that like in my case more than 500£

Royal Mail have surpassed themselves again a package which is Special Delivery Gaurentee next day 1pm was posted Thursday15th June, NO Delivery Friday 16th June after staying in all day A tracked 24hr parcel posted Friday 16th and arrived Saturday 17th June However the Special Delivery is still missing NO trace, NO Delivery, NO update on tracking You moan and complain that you deserve fair pay, treatment, conditions yet you don't care about the customer and the inconvenience you cause us A service was paid for to ensure it arrived in plenty of time and yet you don't even have the decency to deliver pointless having a service if you can not honour it You try calling Royal Mail Customer Service for the voice activated message there is a wait time of 90 mins Poor service all round and a very disappointed small person regarding his item. Guess it's time for another form of service to take over and deliver what they say they are gonna deliver with the service paid for

We left home early Monday morning 5 June for a flight from Manchester to Kefalonia. Unfortunately we forgot to take a small pack of photos with us that I really wanted for the holiday. Whilst at Manchester airport I googled Royal Mail and found they did a ‘tracked, traced, and signed for service with delivery times of between three and five days. A friend took the photos to Elland post office that Monday afternoon and the tack and trace showed the parcel was at Leeds depot at about 8pm the same day. For the last twelve days I have tracked the parcel. The two photos show its progress!! I contacted Royal Mail customer services eventually (after a 55 minute delay listening to piped music) to be told that the parcel had definitely left the UK and should reach me by the weekend. The latest of the two screenshots taken this morning show it supposedly left the UK this morning so no chance of it arriving here before we leave for return flight on Monday morning 19th An absolute joke. 12 days after being posted it finally leaves the uk. Sorry for the long rant. Pease feel free to share to save anyone else from the poor service from Royal Mail
