“As a seller on eBay my customers are constantly saying their parcels are not arriving.. I have now so many negative feedbacks cus of royal mail I am now folding my business and eBay and have been offered bc a job in home and bargains. No headaches and payed on time .. what happened to nothing stops the Royal Mail on delivery .. oh yes shareholders and privatisation.. cheers to progress... NOT !!!!!!.😡😡😡”
“possibly one of the worst courier services available, terrible tracking system, little to no communication with you about when your parcel is going to be delivered, none of the features on the website even work? why even bother, literally nothing 'royal' about royal mail”
“I know royal mail like everyone else is going through a hard time but ive been missing over 15 packets from different customers from between 14 and 21 days. . Trying to get refunds from suppliers is extremely difficult and im out of pockets at prestent by alot of money. If thats not bad enough letters for hosp appointments and bank cards that arrive 3 weeks after being sent and when u currently go to shops who refuse cash and want you to use a card i havent got because there sat in some royal mail office is appalling . If you contact royal mail customer service no one seems to give a dam. Its time royal mail owned up to the mess there in and put out statements in the press . Ive got tracking numbers for goods and all i get is system wont show until delivered . What sort of service are we paying for ??
First class and 2nd class to me does not mean post in march arrive july if at all”
“Out of all the delivery companies it’s always the Royal Mail who lets me down! Attempted deliveries at unsociable hours. No pre messages about delivery times/dates. Every other delivery company can deliver my package to me, why can’t you”
“I ordered an item from an EBay seller and it was sent 24 tracked and a week later I’m still waiting because Royal dimwits sent it to the wrong delivery office an FCC now it’s being re-routed ! I will be giving the seller a bad review purely because of using Royal Mail and will never ever order anything online in future if they use Royal Mail !”
“I paid for next day delivery it came from London in one day and came to northern Ireland MC that was the last I heard of my parcel I have a tracking number.that was 10 days ago”
“Posted a birthday parcel to my gandaughter in London from post office colinton edin . Lost post sent 10/3 . Royal Mail is not interested , tried every avenue to recover , no one is interested , really disgusting . I claimed on line for compensation and the 3rd part of the claim won’t go through , I have got other people to check, they say it’s in order .
I spoke to a
Man about 4 to5 weeks ago he taken all the details , never heard a thing
A I walked in to a post office paid £3.55 for delivery . Parcel never arrived . Attitude of Royal Mail , who cares ,
“ DISGUSTING”😬”
“Parcel was not delivered because no one rung the bell while I was in the house. Have to 3 miles to pick it up tomorrow. Worst parcel delivery service ever”
“I know there is a global pandemic going on but for crying out loud, how hard is it to deliver people's mail?
Supermarkets are still managing to keep food stocked and on the shelves, chemists are still getting people's prescriptions fulfilled but by god somehow Royal Mail seem to be having a really hard time doing their one and only job.
They have simultaneously managed to lose TWO of my orders, lose my sister's birthday card, and have delivered another family members mother day card cut open.
Absolutely abysmal. Get your act flipping together.”
“Royal Mail are an absolute joke and disgrace, constantly using ‘coronavirus’ as an excuse for unbelievably poor service! Paying for 24/48 hour service and not receiving the item for over a week, is NOT acceptable, under any circumstances, especially when every other delivery service can still do it! If you can’t provide a reasonable service don’t bother at all!!!”
“Royal Mail returned a parcel to sender as address wasn't clear!
YET... they've emailed me 4 times to tell me this???
It's urgent medical equipment..... Why can't they email me to contact them to collect it from my local depot which it's been sat for two days???
Does nobody have a brain anymore, just robotic fu attitudes.”
“Ordered items on Ebay that supposed to be royal mail 48 hours it's now been over a week still no mail or parcels delivered to me they have lost a good few mail over a last few months mail not being delivered on time or lost in the post not once have royal mail apologised to me. There is one post woman who takes absoultely ages delivery mail to in my street it's just really really ridiculous the time she takes to deliver to my home address and others surely it doesnt take that long delivery mail to customers only few weeks ago she was seen chatting to people in the street for over 25 mins why are they allowed to do this is beyond me. They not paid to chat to people on the street. I waited in all morning and afternoon for parcels mail to be delivered. Come on royal mail you can do better then this”
“Still waiting on a parcel two weeks later, now the seller has to make me a new order then fellow the tedious claim system, you guys are an absolute disgrace, I understand Covid-19 is a thing but supermarkets are still managing to get you your food yet we get this trash service in return.”
“Absolute shocking the tracking is a joke compared to dpd and ups.. id never use royal mail unless I really have to . No wonder there losing money a complete joke..”
“Delivery from China reached UK in seven days Tracked all the way with nine tracking events listed each detailing progress.
Item now in Royal Mail's hands. Guess what. Nothing!!! no more tracking nothing.”
“Can someone at Royal Mail explain why it is not possible to copy and paste information required into the online claim form? Also why it is not possible to open a claim for multiple items that were sent in the same parcel? The form will only allow one eBay item number per claim. If I were a detective I would suggest that Royal Mail are doing their best to make claiming as painful as possible.”
