Customer service was brilliant to me, price was awesome, delivery was so fast but specially happy as they handled my parcel with lots of care, and I do appreciate it. Thanks Royal Mail.

Parcel said it had arrived and been signed for. No way on website to chase it. Contacted Marks and Spencer they tried to make contact 3 times with no joy. They said they will send a replacement. Absolutely rubbish service. I was in all day on my drive doing my daughters wedding flowers so I know it wasn't delivered. No way to vent my anger. Really don't even want to give them one star. Just as bad as Hermes!!!!

Royal mail use to be a great service but now they're way overpriced and can't seem make deliveries. Tracking is pointless as it just says "we'll try deliver it today" but many times now this hasn't happened. Paid for a next day service for important flowers that were never delivered. Literally myhermes stepped up their game and royal mail took their place as the worst courier service.

What a real piece of junk. As a software developer, I am horrified how bad this is in every shape and form. I would have given it 0 starts if possible.

Normally I would not complain about my postie he’s brillant . But he’s on holiday and it seems they can’t deliver correctly when he’s not working . Calling to complain I have been given a speech that made no sense but further more confirmed there incompetence the email advising delivery said no signature required they arrive 2 hrs early not ring bell or knock stating it’s tracked . Then want you to wait two days to redeliver what are we paying for ?

Royal mail is the only parcel company were you cannot leave delivery instructions and they will not ring the person if they get no answer. Royal mail is an obsolete company that has not kept up to date with the rest of world. Will not order any product if it is delivered by Royal mail.

inefficient tracking system about all it tells you is when its delivered 50/50 to wrong address sorting offices close early pm so most people cant get there in time and now they want to end Saturday post, collapse imminent

Simple straightforward ordering from Fat Buddha. Genuine product. Fast delivery via Royal Mail. No stress express! Top marks and a thumbs up. 👍

Royal Mail Tracking info stated they had my Parcel on Fri at the local delivery office, ready to deliver that day. No- show. By Monday the tracking info stated they had only just received it, and it would be delivered between 10am and 3pm. No-show. Just not good enough. Add to that over an hour I spent on Friday going around in circles trying to navigate the ridiculous website trying contact somebody regarding my delivery( After stumbling upon a phone number buried deep inside some sub-menu), then being kept on hold for 25 mins before I gave up. Royal Mail need a good shake-up.

We seem to now have random post people and one of them knows how to read a number but not a worded address. Hence we are getting other peoples mail. It was always a mistake to privatise what used to be a good National postal service and for the sake of greed turn it into the mess we now have. I'm sure Royal Mail has always had many excellent and conscientious workers but now the company is it would appear only focussed on shareholders and profit. It cannot even answer it's own complaints telephone line. If we had a real effiscient Government they would demand and command a re-nationalisation of the postal services so as to provide a service to the people of the UK. Alas it seems they are not a Government for the people but for Big business only. Shameful!

Ordered tracked delivery. Parcel delayed as sent to the wrong delivery office. Checking the website for updates, no movement for a day, getting desperate as the parcel wont actually be needed after a certain time and then tried to navigate their website. The website absolutely stinks of cost-cutting measures as you go round and round in circles interacting with useless chat bots and unhelpful options trying to find the answer to your problem or a number to call. Found a number to call and had to wait for 45 minutes to speak to a very polite and professional lady, who couldn't ultimately resolve my issue. When my parcel does arrive I'll be sending it back via a different courier service as the time has passed when I needed it.

Wish I could give them -0 due to their incompetent and inept service. Last Wednesday I paid for an important letter to be sent for signed delivery. As of now (4/8/21) that letter remains undelivered. Royal mail used to be a respected efficient organisation but it's an absolute disgrace now, totally shambolic with those donkeys running the show. I feel sorry for their staff.

WJ514771847GB Absolute joke the service they provide. Cant get in touch by either of the phone numbers given on the system Finally got through to a help line but told to have to wait a min of 30 mins. Delivery of prescription items shown as delivered but noting has arrived after 3 days. I am now running out of these tablets, its easier to get in touch with the dead. The system on the internet just takes you around in circles. Advise if possible to use another provider.

Posted by company in Dumfries and received by Royal Mail on Saturday as a 48 hour tracked parcel. Local MC confirm receipt on Sunday, Monday I receive an email telling me that it will be delivered that day by the named local depot who had received it. Tuesday morning an email to say that the local depot was incorrect and that they had 'immediately' rerouted it. (Immediately being more than 24 hours after they had received it. A further 12 hours and it was back at central sorting depot. So now on Wednesday morning and no further updates on where package with perishable items is. RM have now had this parcel 5 days. Royal Mail totally letting down companies who are working hard to maintain and grow their customer base in a difficult market. Disgraceful.

Why do I have to give one star to get to write a review? More fraud from this basically useless ‘service’. Posted Covid 5-day ‘Test to Release’ tests well before 10am collection time in the Priority Mail box (sic) on Saturday 31 July. Here we are Wednesday 4 August and according to their abysmal ‘Tracking’ ‘service’ they are still sitting in the sorting office at Gatwick!!! So we have to wait in isolation for at least four more days, probably five, more than necessary, and an expensive service is rendered useless. Time this shower was re-nationalised, the whole service has gone downhill since privatisation.

The Royal Mail take our money and DO NOT deliver the items to our customers! Royal Mail Track and Trace show "we got it" and constantly DO NOT Deliver. Our customers give us so much grief! and constantly ask for refunds and do not belive we have posted their item! THANK YOU for NOTHING!!!
