“Be cautious when seeking assistance over the phone.
I called to determine the color of touch-up paint needed for my Yamaha bike, and the man on the other end provided the necessary code but mentioned that a base paint was also required, resulting in two 25mm pots of paint costing an astonishing £31.80.
Since the price was quite high, I inquired about the possibility of returning the paint for a full refund if it didn't match, and he assured me that I could. He then sent a sample plate (photos of the sample plate next to my bike are included) so I could verify the color without opening the expensive pots of paint.
As it turned out, the paint did not match, so I called back to request a refund for the paints. However, he informed me that he would not issue a refund because he couldn't sell the paints as second-hand. The sample plate was included in the package to prevent me from opening the paint.
The photos also show the sticker on the bag indicating to color match beforehand, which I clearly did.
In conclusion, all I can say is DO NOT trust them.”
“Total scam avoid at all costs, I called and got their advise and the lady told me I would receive black paint if I selected what she told me and they sent me two cans that are clear liquid with no colour, they now have the attitude we have your money not our problem... I am starting a claim with the credit card company to try to recover my money and the legal routes as they ignore the fact they told me exactly what to buy they did not advise me I would need anything else. they refuse the fact they have made a mistake and so if it has to go through legal routes to recover my money I will do that. I will up date later when I have taken action if you get ripped off by this company like I have been don't stand for it..order from them on a credit card so you have cover as they have no customer service.”
“I ordered two cans of tech black for my mt09 as they told me over the phone I selected what they told em to when it arrived not was labeled grey which got me thinking something was wrong, when I tried it no colour in the can we took turns shaking it for 63 minutes still just a clear liquid total waste of £57”
“Terrible product was reasured the paint would be perfect took it to my local bodyshop to be painted payed £500 and this is the result of the front end panel nothing like it so £500 out of pocket and do not no what else to do”
“Colour doesn't match, way to much diffrence. Used the online tool on their site for honda cbr650r pyrite brown for engine block and matt gunpowder black metallic. Both off them are way off, the black most off all.”
