“I was able to find exactly the rug style and size I was looking for. The selection and ordering process was seamless, and I’ve appreciated notifications about the expected delivery of the rug and pad.”

“The description of the rug I ordered is completely inaccurate. It was described as charcoal with black accent and the photos depicted the same. Instead it is blue-gray (emphasis on blue, which I despise) and a charcoal accent border. There is zero black in this rug with the blue undertone really being the main color. It is so different than the description that I initially thought I was sent the incorrect rug. However, the number on the rug does match the site. Easy to use website, fast shipping, now I will see how customer service is regarding returns.”

“I received a beautiful rug and then realized I needed a rug pad. I chatted with them online and was advised to buy the same size pad as rug and that the pads were always a bit smaller. The pad arrived and was much larger. I was certain they would want to send another however I was not apologized to, but simply told to cut it down with scissors. All fine and good I suppose if you have the physical capabilities of doing that. Which I do not and they just don’t care 🤷‍♀️”

“I ordered the rugs in the spring of 2021. I kept corresponding with RugsDoneRight as to when I could expect delivery. I never got a direct answer. I finally purchased what I needed elsewhere and I submitted a cancellation request. RugsDoneRight would not cancel nor let me return the rugs. They said the sale was final. It’s been so long I don’t remember if I knew they were final sale. Now I sit with the rugs, unopened, and no recourse for a delivery that took 4 months to receive. I’m disappointed with customer appreciation service especially considering the amount of time it took to deliver my order. Which I was never advised would take 4 months to fulfill. I will never purchase from their website again and I will advise my friends and associates of the poor service I got. Andrea Roach”

“We ordered the Karastan spice market tigris aquamarine rug . It was delivered yesterday and we are thoroughly in love with it. It was very carefully packaged and once my husband and I unwrapped it and rolled it out in our living room, we were so pleased with the quality and thickness. The colors are so vivid and the wool is incredibly soft under foot. We are very satisfied with the service we received from Rugs Done Right and will recommend you to our friends!”

“The rug took a long time to come. After contacting customer service, the rug seemed to appear within days. We bought the smaller size, hoping we would like it and then purchase the larger size. We found the picture to be much more colorful/slightly brighter than the rug that arrived. The colors were very muted with kind of a greenish overcast. Since “blue” was in the name, we were surprised to find very little blue. Had the rug matched the pic, we would have ordered the larger size but have decided against it.”
