I ordered a rug and it said it would be delivered in 2-3 months. I tried to cancel it within 36 hours of placing the order and it already shipped and they weren’t very helpful in trying to get it resolved. Currently waiting to hear back from the returns department. I just don’t understand why I was told it would ship within 2-3 months if it is preparing for shipment immediately. Lack of transparency is frustrating. All I want is to have a prepaid return label issued and not to have to deal with this.

I am not pleased with the rug. I requested to return it but was denied and I was told clearance rugs cant be returned. The website doesn't give a pop-up warning or anything to acknowledge that you cant return a clearance rug. Most items are marked clearance so it feels like a trap. I was told I should have read the "fine print" on the return policy.

Ordered rug in August... Many many excuses later... Received lessor quality rug 6 months later. Required to pay for return shipping. Gaslighting to make me out to be wrong about a different quality than represented. Do not... do not recommend.

Very unhappy with customer service I tried to cancel an order i placed 10 min after on Christmas Day bc I hit the wrong size They replied that item has been shipped I asked for tracking number They did not provide. I contacted fed ex to cancel shipment they did 4 days after when they received item ( so tells me it wasn’t shipped) Rugs done right charged me $39 for shipping when I tried to stop this whole process and waste of time and now money I asked for a receipt since I’m being charged $39.40 for shipping I’m still waiting on that

It is quite an experience with RugsDoneRight -- apparently nothing is right: (1) when I submitted my order, no response was generated and send to my email for days, (2) no tracking info was provided, (3) when I found that the color of the rug is so different from what was posted on their web, they immediately gave me a defiant answer to justify their product, (4) there is no "Product infomation" on their web for the rug that I ordered. Simply nothing, other than the pretty picture and size. (No manufacturer info, origin of the product, no KPSI, no material info, no special instructions for return --- of course, they will send on with fine prints to you when you found something is not right!) I feel like a fool to purchase something based on my trust for this so-called "unique" compnay... Do not buy anything from this company, period. They are tons of other companies such as Houzz.com, Amazon.com they really care about customer responses. This one is fighting pennies with their customers!

I ordered two rugs for the same area. Both rugs showed that they were IN-STOCK. One rug arrived, the second one did not. Was then informed that the second rug was NOT IN STOCK and was on a THREE MONTH backorder. Had to send the first rug back. Not a happy customer.

The rug was lousy quality--excessive shedding and a strange odor. The unexpected happens, but the reason I am giving Rugs Done Right this terrible review is that they are fighting me on an exchange because the rug was on sale. Way out of step for a virtual company.

The description of the rug I ordered is completely inaccurate. It was described as charcoal with black accent and the photos depicted the same. Instead it is blue-gray (emphasis on blue, which I despise) and a charcoal accent border. There is zero black in this rug with the blue undertone really being the main color. It is so different than the description that I initially thought I was sent the incorrect rug. However, the number on the rug does match the site. Easy to use website, fast shipping, now I will see how customer service is regarding returns.

I ordered the rugs in the spring of 2021. I kept corresponding with RugsDoneRight as to when I could expect delivery. I never got a direct answer. I finally purchased what I needed elsewhere and I submitted a cancellation request. RugsDoneRight would not cancel nor let me return the rugs. They said the sale was final. It’s been so long I don’t remember if I knew they were final sale. Now I sit with the rugs, unopened, and no recourse for a delivery that took 4 months to receive. I’m disappointed with customer appreciation service especially considering the amount of time it took to deliver my order. Which I was never advised would take 4 months to fulfill. I will never purchase from their website again and I will advise my friends and associates of the poor service I got. Andrea Roach

I ordered this rug long ago and didn’t hear a thing until I received an email saying it had been processed and would be shipped. What? Ridiculous!

received product, but the color was not anywhere near what was indicated on website. Was very disappointed and called for a return label to return product. I was told that I could return the rug, but the burden of cost to return would be mine. The cost to return the rug was going to be $85.00 and the rug was $161.00 originally. I can't believe that Rugs Done Right would not stand behind their product. No customer service....don't buy from them unless you have seen the rug in person before ordering.

The rug itself is beautiful (5 stars). The colors are perfect... not too bright and not too muted. BUT, the rug size was advertised as 6'7 x 9'6; but the actual size is 6'6 x 9'9. My room is 9'8, so the rug is too wide. I don't want o downsize to the smaller rug, so my plan is to take it to a local binding shop and have it resized and rebound. I asked Rugs Done Right to offset the cost, but their response was NO, and the advertised sizes are "estimates. Just ship it back if you don't want it." Why can't they reimburse the shipping cost towards the resize?? Customer service (1 star).
