I like the way my rugs look but when shipped they were folded rather than rolled and so have some serious creases that are very difficult to flatten out. Also, one rug that I ordered is now back ordered five weeks which was NOT made apparent at the time I placed the order. If the rugs were properly rolled and shipped in a timely manner this rating would have been Very Good.

rugs I bought were to ship out in 2 to 3 days...still waiting over a week later. Party tonight and I sold my other rug. Now no rug in my room. Should have bought from another site.

Ordered 2 rugs November 30. Got confirmation then heard nothing more. Emailed company December 12, rugs out of stock and would arrive in 2 weeks. They didn’t and I contacted company again January 7. I was told they are arriving today.

Have not received my order after 2months, gave an alternative carpet to replace my order and never heatd back , my money has been deposited in your bank for all this time and still I have no carpet, poor service.

This company advertises on the home page all the things that will get you hooked into using their business such as "free shipping and returns". When it comes down to it there is a great deal of fine print that makes the "free" not so much and they are very unaccommodating even they say they are trying to work with you. If you are not 110% sure of the rug size or the rug itself, shop elsewhere. It can cost $450 or more to ship some of the rugs back and customers would have no way of knowing this other because RDR doesn't make you aware. I would not use them again and would advise others against this company. The rug brands they rep are MUCH more accommodating than Rugs Done Right and I was able to return a rug to the specific rug warehouse myself rather than using a freight carrier which was NOT what Rugs Done Right told me I could do, saving me $450. Their policies are not up to todays standards with all of the companies that do offer truly free shipping AND returns. Just Beware.

I placed an order September 9th and as of October 29th my order still hasn’t arrived. I had to contact the company to find out why my order was delayed. I feel they should have kept me updated on my order status.

I received a runner but no rug. It was several weeks and I heard nothing about status of the actual rug I ordered. I contacted them and they discovered it was out of stock and would be 3 months before the order will be filled. So a bit disappointing but I can't review yet because I have no rug yet.

After waiting for 3 months and many promises and not receiving, I finally got my rug runners that I ordered 3 months earlier. First I sent Emails, then my husband did . We did always hear back , but unfortunately, we were always being told they were coming in in a few days and would be sent right out. Then we were told they didnt come in and they'd be out in a few weeks and again, no rugs. We finally received them 3 months later. Staff always did get back to us and were very professional, but only heard from them when we sent emails to them asking where the runners were. Gave a 2, just because of the wait

Beautiful rug, however, it sheds like crazy. If I had more of a size choice for the area, I would not have gotten this one. I was limited in size. Vacuum everyday and it fills the vacuum. Not worth it in my opinion.

There was nothing wrong with the 2'x3' rug I ordered except it looked nothing like what was pictured on the online order page. Yes, similar colors and loosely similar design, but not the "minor variations" I was led to believe might occur. Different enough that I would not have ordered this rug had it been depicted on the online order page. Yes, I looked at the return page but it seemed too daunting and not worth the extra money to return. If this rug had been the rug I thought I was getting I would be very happy with the quality.

The two rugs came rolled up tight as a drum and have horrible wrinkles that I can't get out. I've used my steamer, a wet towel with the steam iron on the front and back side and the wrinkles won't come out........very disappointed.

I purchased a rug online last week and the person responding to me via the “chat” on the website assured me it would be here yesterday. It is not! I emailed them and stated I wanted to cancel my order because the rug didn’t come as promised but no one responded to my email. The next day I get a confirmation the rug has been shipped and it will arrive next week. I wanted this rug for an event yesterday. Disappointed in this company. I would not believe what they tell you for a ship date!

Great rug, but very misleading information on expected delivery. They knew I needed it by 3/26 (3/27 at absolute latest), led me to believe that would be no problem, claimed they put a hot rush on it for the warehouse, but to no avail. I ended up paying $345 more for express shipping that should never have been needed.

I have tried several times to find out when rug will arrive. There is something wrong with the website. Can’t find out anything. Was supposed to have by Tuesday of this week and here it is Wednesday and don’t know when it will arrive.

System glitch (I checked twice) and ordered one item but a different one came up on the purchase screen (different color). Sadly I didn't notice it when the order was placed. Then nothing could be done to stop the order as it had shipped. Only option was return which is always a pain.

I believe you have a software glitch which caused me to "order" the wrong color. I had this happen twice when I clicked on the color I wanted but when the rug came up it was a different color. Sadly, I didn't realize it immediately so now I have to wait for the wrong color to arrive before I can consider returning it for the correct color which likely I'll do by phone.
