“we were very impressed with a prompt delivery but the rug started shedding almost immediately and we are not sure what to do”

Hi Aida, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review, initial shedding is quite normal and can be expected on all wool rugs when they are new. This should subside with regular vacuuming and will not be detrimental to the rug in any way. “We've used Rugstore twice recently and think their customer service is excellent. We viewed their website, liked the designs but wanted to see the quality of the product, so visited the store. There was a huge selection to choose from, lovely designs, great quality. The staff were extremely helpful, allowing us to try in our own home before buying. Delivery was quick, kept up to date with emails etc. Exceptional service.”

“Excellent service. Delivered within a hour window on Monday morning after being ordered less than a week before. Underlay cut to size and rugs were exactly as seen on the web site. The colours were perfect. Thank you. This is the third time we have used RugStore NE and will continue to use them again when we need more rugs. Highly recommended.”

“I purchased a rug last year from Rugstorene and from ordering my rug to the delivery I was impressed. My rug was a sale item and it's still going strong, it takes a pounding because I have a German Shepherd, but it still looks like new. The only place I would by a rug from is here, also great customer service, keep up the good work! Dawn - Catterick Garrison”
