“I had made purchases from these before and would not purchase one from anywhere else, i did look at lots of other places and they can not be beaten on the quality and price, the products are of good standard, delivered free and quickly the price is very good for what you get, i have one rug that is more than 2 years old and is in very good condition still so you know they will last well too. I would recommend to anyone they are the best out there”

“Bought this for my Mum. I really liked It, my Mum loved it! For the price, I was really pleased with Her reaction saying, "Oh, it makes my room look posh!" She lives in a elderly peoples complex with Her own flat. Thank you RugStore NE. Wish I had looked on your sight before ordering off another rug sight and spending over £300.00. What I would have got for that amount of money eh?”

“My first order wasn't what I wanted but after a call I was advised on another choice and it was exchanged with absolutely no problem at all. The second choice arrived today and is perfect. A great big Thank you. I will definately recommend RugStorene to my friends.”

“After much searching around different sites on the internet we found just the rug we wanted at RugStore NE at a much reduced price. We placed the order and were pleased we could use Paypal to make life easier! They advised us by e mail that they had our order and what would happen and kept us abreast of the situation then e mailed when it was on the way. The chap that delivered it was pleasant and helpful and all in all I would give RugStore NE 10 out of 10 and would thoroughly recommend them to everyone. Our rug is perfect, we are really happy with it and it was lovely having such all round customer service!! We will definitely be using them in the future!”

“I was very impressed with the huge range of rugs available online. The order came very quickly and I was kept well informed. We are moving house shortly and will need more rugs and this is where I will buy them. Considering the price that we paid for the rug we are very very pleased with it.”
