“Fantastic range of rugs to choose from. Once I decided which one I liked ordering online was simple and quick. I received email to update me on the order and delivery was quick. The rug itself is beautiful and I am very pleased with the quality for the price I paid. Would recommend this website without hesitation.”

“Arrived on time and well wrapped. Great rug - colourful, well made, thick/dense pile and looks fab in family room. Spills have wiped easily off and hoovers fine, no real shedding of fluff. V pleased with purchase.”

“i cannot comment on the goods as they have still not arrived yet, the original due date was cancelled for some reason and the second date was not convenient, and i am still waiting for the promised email from the dispatcher to tell us when the item is coming, it should be today but who knows its now 11:35 and still no information”

“I was advised that my rug was out of stock and when it would be in stock. However the rug arrived earlier than expected and I was advised of this and asked if an earlier delivery date would be ok which of course it was. Very pleasant people to deal with, courteous too. The rug is just as it looks on the internet so overall a very satisfactory outcome and I would recommend this company and would use them again.”

“This is an exceptional company with which to deal. Our first rug proved to be too thick to go under a plastic conservatory door. A second, smaller rug was despatched without quibble, the first rug was accepted as a return without any charges for the courier and a refund for the difference issued within a few days of the return. The courier used was excellent, quoting a one-hour timeframe for delivery which was met exactly. The overall service from both the supplier and delivery service could not be faulted. I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending this company to anyone thinking of buying from them. M F Little”
