“Never used this company before and as with any online purchase, there is a bit of trepidation when you place an order for something only viewed in a photograph. However, the delivery was very quick and efficient (UKMail). The rug I purchased was not a very expensive one, but I am very pleased with it. Looks good and more importantly, vacuums very easily (quite a deep pile and can be hard work, whatever type of vacuum you have). So all in all, very pleased with all aspects of my experience with Rugstore NE.”

“I emailed queries through before making an order, and these were responded to promptly, and were very helpful. Communication after the order was clear re delivery date. Delivery was within 5 days and very happy with the rug ordered and price paid. Just need to see how it wears now, but very happy with everything so far and would recommend Rugstore!”
