“Good value - cheaper than other sites for the same product. Kept us informed of the progress of the order and delivery was well within the time specified. Unfortunately the wrong rug was sent but a quick phone call was all it took for the right one to come the following day and the wrong one collected. Apologies were given on the phone. All in all a good purchase experience - would buy from here again.”

“I ordered two carpet runners from the Rug Store, I have to say that from the moment I placed the order I was kept in the loop as to what was happening which made me feel as if I had been a customer with them for a long time. The carpets arrived and I was delighted with the quality, it was excellent so much so I have emailed my family & friends with the site information. I will certainly be returning to them again soon, as I need a shaggy rug for my lounge. Thank you The Rug Store for the professional way my order was dealt with.”
