“Once we had decided on the rug we wanted the rugstore had the best price on the internet. The rug then arrived the next day, most places quoted 10 day delivery so this was amazing.”

“I bought a rug from RugStore NE recently and, although the rug itself was lovely, it turned out that it didn't suit my room (it was slightly more yellow than in the photograph). What made me feel so positively about RugStore NE was the really helpful way they dealt with the return. Firstly they accepted without question that I wanted to return it, secondly they kindly agreed to pay for the return, and finally they allowed me to choose the day of the return. When I emailed them, it was clear there was a real person at the other end, interested in doing a good job for their customer. I really appreciated that.”

“Very helpful courteous staff when we phoned. Our first choice had run out and we were offered an alternative at reduced price to match what we had wanted - we found it was much better when it arrived and were delighted with it and the other rug we ordered. Delivery was amazing - less than 24 hours after ordering it. Excellent value and excellent service.”
