“hi very good service as soon as i put my order in on line i got a quick respone with an email and emails keeping me informed of my order and delivery date once my rug was in store it arrived 2 days later very quick. my rug arrvived and i was very pleased with it thank you.”

“Excellent value for money and impressed with speedy delivery. My only complaint is that the colours were not accurately represented in the photo on the website. The elements that I was expecting to be cream were in fact grey and the purple shades were not as vibrant as I would have liked.”

“Great selection of rugs at good prices. The one I chose looks even better than the picture, nice deep pile & good quality. The anti slip underlay is great too. Contact from the supplier was excellent, providing tracking details up to delivery. Would definitely recommend to anyone.”

“We bought our two rugs from Rugstore NE Sunderland. We are very happy with the service and customer care we received. The rugs are fabulous, well priced and a good likeness to what's shown on the website. The only thing we didn't find great was that it was an all day delivery. Even though we could 'follow' the delivery on line it didn't give us hourly updates. However, overall we are very happy and would use the Rugstore NE again. Thanks.”
