“Really pleased with the quality. Lovely fit but as it says if you like a more fitted look order a size smaller. Tried one as didn’t know what to expect, them ordered three more in different colours.”

“I received everything I ordered in a relatively quick timescale given the current pandemic. They were well packaged with clear returns information if needed. I bought 3 Huggate gilets/waistcoats (1 for hubby's birthday) and 2 polo belts (1 for hubby's birthday). I love my items although the difference between the dark denim and gunmetal gilets surprised me. They also have different zips and toggles! I kept both gilets as the size difference wasn't worth returning the item for. The belt (navy/sky/bonbon) is lovely but the holes are going to take some loosening up making it difficult to fasten at the moment. Hubby hasn't received his yet so will see how they fit him. Overall I am happy with the whole process and am happy with the items I've purchased. They are getting lots of use during the lockdown! I will purchase from Rydale again both online and at country shows.”

“Good quality. Good value. Bought clothes at Hickstead show each year. Owing to current situation it was easy to shop on line. The shirts and cap was of good quality.”

“i would give 0 stars but that’s not an option, i got sent the wrong size shirt and they expect me to pay to return the item to rectify there mistake and have tried to contact them three times and no response”

“Ordered item for delivery at home address. Was told that it could be picked up somewhere obscure. So unfortunately I did not get what I paid for. Have filled in the other points, but several of them I unfortunately can not answer correctly as I have never seen the item.”

“The delivery time was good. Clothes well packaged and return system very easy to use. Clothes were good quality and very reasonably priced but unfortunately for me the fit was not good which was why I returned some items. I need to get used to their sizing and would definitely use again.”

“The quality of the shirts are excellent, I ordered two and they fit perfect. Given the value for money I have ordered two more. I’ve also ordered a tweed jacket which arrived swiftly and fits great. Will 100% be using Rydale again”

“The ‘Hannah’ shirts I ordered were a flattering fit. They are also comfortable and made of a durable but soft material. I like the choice of colours and designs on offer. I previously bought several at a show so knew they would be good.”
