“The Rydale shirt that I ordered is great, and I am very happy with it. EVRI (formerly Hermes) the courier company are absolutely useless as they were before the rebranded because their ratings were so bad. EVRI delivered to the wrong house, despite having explicit instructions, and had delivered to my house the previous week, albeit a day late . I did managed to eventually track down the most recent delivery, and rescue my parcel, no thanks to EVRI. My advice is to use DPD and dump EVRI, as customers will stop ordering from Rydale as the EVRI delivery service is so abysmal.”

“Bought the tweed dog coat in green for our Jack Russell. Absolutely delighted with it! Ordered the size 12 for her and is perfect. Came really quickly too. Have had so many compliments about it when out walking. It’s gorgeous material, well made, warm and stylish. Top quality which is rare these days, thank you, very happy and so is my dog!”

“Boots are poor quality soles are thin can feel stones through them certainly not worth the money, have had better and cheaper. Considering returning as down deem them fit for purpose.”
