“Awful experience. I ordered 2 weeks ago and am yet to receive anything. No answer from customer services on the phone and online responses are from AI, I received a tracking notification only when emailing customer services, which showed that the order wasn’t handed to the courier until a week after the order was placed. A further week on the tracking says that the order is en route back to the sender despite never making it past the sorting office. The item was a gift and is yet to be seen. Awful awful awful.”

“Lovely boots and really well made, could smell the leather as soon as I opened the box. Really sturdy and look great. Had looked at the other reviews before purchasing and ordered a smaller size than I would normally wear and they are a perfect fit. Can’t wait to wear my new boots and will definitely be ordering again.”

“I ordered two shirts, both 4X size. When delivered one was the wrong size. When I returned I had to do so at my own expense and i also ha d to pay p&p for the correct size replacement order. Very poor service. I won't be ordering from Rydale again.”
