“I wouldn't recommend this company, when they fitted the new door it was left with a scratch down the middle, they came out to 'repair' the door and whatever they used has now faded the door and the scratch is again visible it looks a mess, the chrome is also going rusty, i have tried to contact the company by telephone and email and have recieved no correspondence, seems to me that once they have your money the after sevice is non existent, very very disappointed and discusted with the service provided.”

“Don't go with this company. The sales guy tried to sell me £10 000 worth of product, without confirming my budget, when I said no I was discounted to £6 000 if I made the deal today. Said no I need time to think, I mean who parts £6K that quick? He phoned someone and I heard the other person tell him "we need to make the deal tonight" and told the sales guy I was informed of the prices before they came, which was not true. I felt sorry for the sales guy he was put under pressure to make a sale so much so he kept telling me the business turns over millions, which begs the question why is he so separate. I felt sorry for the sales guy, Safestyle came round to my house trying to make a fast deal and instead they were shown the door. Glad I did too. Even if the product was good enough I did not like the way they tried to steam roll a sale. Not cool, not good business and after reading these reviews glad I turned them away. Infact, I wanted the sales guy to leave but he kept trying to sell for an hour, I felt sorry for him, he finally got the message and left.”

“Had windows and porch installation and got fittings wrong and window and sills wrong size. Agreed to fix it before lockdown. Terrible fitting damaged porch wall leaving big cracks and gaps. Door was put on wrong way round with screws outside. Worker took off with toolbox from house and had to be chased up to return item. Sill size didnt match original porch or sills on windows. Terrible after care service despite numerous phone calls and emails. Safestyle made excuses about lockdown and that I must have had small sills before despite stone work showing lack of paint where sill covered. Also was told that photo looked like sills looked bigger and were okay which was not case large sills on windows small one inch sill on porch. Now saying that kve been refusing to let them in to fix job both pre lockdown and now which is not the case at all. Both their workmen agree that it is a mistake that needs rectifying. Door frame shaking and rattling when shut I was told by guy who installed porch that thus was a temporary fixture. While they ordered correct size window and sills. I'm really worried that this is damaging frame everytime go through door as it shakes really badly. There aftercare not interested as theh have got money off me now x”

“From the first meeting we had, right up to our door being installed, we have had a great service with Safe Style. We should have had our door installed a couple of months ago, but due to COVID-19 the date had to be pushed back, however we were kept informed by the customer service team with new dates and what to expect on the day of the installation. The colleagues who we have dealt with have been friendly and professional, and have given us all of the information we’ve needed. Would definitely recommend to family and friends.”

“When the new door was ordered your staff were efficient and polite even visiting me at a different address to finalise the order and the paying of the deposit. When the Covid 19 crisis arose and instalment had to be cancelled twice I was contacted promptly about the delays, and also when the door was checked for delivery and was found a panel damaged this was replaced and the door was installed the next day. As the door was being installed at a property I rent out, the staff understood the difficulties as I would not be able to attend and made it simple for my tenant. He has reported the door has been installed to a high standard and is very pleased with the result, as the old door it replaced which had allowed the house to become very cold, as it was ill fitting. The price for the job was very good value when compared with comparable companies I had received quotes from. I would highly recommend this company if needed in the future Thank you”

“Absolutely ecstatic with our new made to measure patio doors. They replace a standard door with window and brickwork below, and now really opens the space up and look fantastic.The fitters Cleg and Kyle were brilliant, very polite and total perfectionists, I couldn’t of asked for more. The pice was good too for made to measure, all the old taken away and a clean up after. We literally couldn’t be happier with the service from start to finish. Highly recommended.”

“This is a long post but incredible if you want a true insight into this company. Our window fitting was delayed due to COVID so we waited 2 months for this and are incredibly disappointed and frustrated. 1. The door was damaged and not what we asked for we were missing a spy hole and were given a lever-lever door. Neither at point of sale or survey were we informed of the difference between a lever-lever or lever-pad. The door doesn't lock properly meaning someone has to be in the property at all times and a huge SECURITY RISK. We were told that a new door will be installed within a week. A week later no-one has contacted me regarding installation of a new door. As a result the fitters did not finish the fitting of the door which is surrounded by ugly expandable foam filler. 2. There are big gaps between most of the beading in the windows. I was told that when they come to fit the new door they will resolve the beading. Still waiting. 3. We paid extra for Georgian bars at the front of our property. The spacings between the Georgian bars are not symmetrical. The gaps between the bars are 10",8", 11" and 11.5", ruining the look of the front of the property. I was asked to provide a diagram of what we were expecting for the Georgian bars. This is part of SafeStyles service, they are the "experts", not me, I shouldn't have to design my windows for them to resolve. 4. Scaffolding is still up on the property for over a week. 5. Messy fitters. I have a 1 year old in the house and even after they finished fitting, there were old fittings and screws left dotted around my house (even in areas where they weren't working).”
