“We have been very impressed by Safestyle UK from the speed within which they responded to our initial quote request, the discounted price offered, the visit by the surveyor and finally the fitting and installation. The fitter arrived promptly and carried out the work in a speedy and professional manner. The work was finished to a very high standard and all was left clean and tidy. Very happy with the whole job and experience and would not hesitate to recommend.”

“From the very start of the process I felt that I was dealing with a quality company. The ordering process was simple and very well explained, the survey was no trouble at all where all the details were checked again to ensure I got exactly what I wanted. The fitter came in good time and as with all visits from Safestyle UK staff the coronavirus formalities were conducted and PPE was used throughout. Safestyle UK gets my unreserved recommendation.”

“We needed a new door during the covid period as our door has a large crack in the glass and we wanted to upgrade. Safe style were very professional and followed all the new regulations during our consultation and the fitting of our new door which we love. We feel a lot more secure and it also looks fantastic. We chose navy composite door which we are very happy with.”

“Very pleased with installation of new composite front door, installer arrived spot on agreed time and had the old door out and new one in, in no time. Quality of product and install top notch, super chuffed that much I have now ordered a new back door. Would defo recommend, you get what you pay for, quality and professionalism.”

“The whole process went very smoothly. The rep was friendly and informative and the fitters were polite and very professional. We are delighted with our new windows, so much so that we've already had safestyle back to replace our patio doors. They may be a little more expensive than smaller companies but I believe you get what you pay for and the quality and workmanship is second to none. We would have no hesitation in referring them to anyone and will certainly use them again in the future.”

“We had the whole house windows and doors done a week ago. Price was good, but the service and quality of the products is not. PLEASE THINK HARD BEFORE USING THEM. The service before installation is good, but as soon as they have your money, then it is non existent. The fitters had not finished the job completely and there was small things to do, which they indicated they would come back the next day to do some, but they wanted you to sign off the work. Also meant to come back by the end of the week to carry out work that they hadn't done. I was sceptical about this but my husband said they seemed genuine guys, so he did. BIG MISTAKE. Never turned up again. We have got stuff unfinished, the quality of the coloured windows are rubbish (meant to be touched up, but haven't come back to do). Cracks in windowsills that they installed. Blue foam showing around windows outside. Frames aren't sealed completely and that is just a few comments. As for tidiness, that's question mark. 1st day wasn't too bad, but didn't do much as didn't have everything they needed as didn't get told they needed it. 2nd day, took me 2 hours hoovering after them, and we had covered everything up apart from the floor, so I dread to think what it would have been like if we hadn't. Phoned and advised the depot manager would phone by close of business, the day after the fitters originally said they would return, no call. Sent email, no response have to allow them 72 hours as they priorities urgency (this is urgent, you have left our house a mess). We have now raised a formal complaint that has gone to the depot manager, if this is not resolved then we will have to take it further. Some people have good service, but obviously there is a lot of rubbish service too. Please note that we found out that the fitters are self employed and not employed by Safestyle, therefore trying to get issues resolved afterwards.”
