“Just wanted a quote price started off over £2,000 ended up £1,300, he had to ring in and guy on other end said " nothing today i said just a quote he told salesman to get out of there and onto next, even if the are the cheapest i would not use”

“We have used safestyle before to have our doors fitted and this time was to replace the windows . Two fitters arrived ( said they were brothers ) and worked throughout the day without a break until the job was completed . We are very pleased with the work and have recommended them to other family members .”

“I had a salesman knocking at the door, very polite but at the same time very pushy, even though you say you arent interested he would still push, im annoyed i made the mistake of giving my number, i have blocked it now, these companies fail to understand that if we need double glazing we are well capable of finding a company we know or that a friend has used, as do i already know where to get double glazing if i need it, the salesman will give you a sob story that if you agree to a quote his boss will be happy that hes doing his job, and that hes only been with them three weeks, all a big story.”

“just about every aspect of this fit was as a firm should conduct themselves, i have used them in the past ,so my experience is not a one off,all work was done as i would expect,if i owned this firm,(and that is from a builder of 35 years in the building trade)”

“Contacted them for a quote, and made it clear I was just after the no obligation quote that lasts 12 months. I was not I a position to buy there and then. Sales man came to the house and asked questions I had been asked at least 3 times on the phone, including “does anyone else own the property”. Said this was due to vulnerable people not being involved in the decision. Measured up all the windows and gave me a quote of nearly £6000. Due to various offers, this eventually went down to just over £2000. Wanted me to sign on the dotted line there and then. Explained that I was only after a quote and was not in a position to agree to anything. There was no option to think about it, to come back later. I had to make a decision there and then. I never felt so vulnerable in my own home with such pushy sales tactics. He made it clear he wasn’t happy he didn’t make a sale. Would never go back to them!”

“We are absolutely delighted with our recent windows and doors installed by Safestyle. From first contact to completion we could not fault the experience. Unlike many salesmen there was no beating about the bush and we were happy with both the quality of the products and the price, especially as we had a further discount as our daughter had recommended Safestyle having herself recently had her house fitted with new windows and doors. The fitters arrived when they said they would. They worked solidly all day as a team. They were friendly and polite at all times. They cleaned up as they went along with no mess or fuss. They checked we were happy with everything before they left. How quiet is was now as the windows and doors are so much better and we have turned our heating down a few degrees. As I said we can’t fault the Safestyle experience.”

“I cannot rate safe style high enough. From booking an appointment through to the installation. Everyone I dealt with was very polite and professional. I was well informed of when people would be arriving throughout the process via email and post. Very happy can't find fault.”

“When I realised that I needed new external doors I resigned myself to shiny plastic pvc ones as I could no longer maintain my favourite wooden doors any longer. I contacted your company and after a very good presentation at my. House with no hard salesmanship. A follow up appointment for measurement and then the actual fitting with No Mess to tidy up I was amazed at the doors just like matt finished wood and feeling. Like wood. Your brochure did nnot do justice to the finished product thank you so much for your service highly recommended M a elliott Brixham devon”

“Safestyle are a very good door and window company very professional throughout. Quotetation was very good and to the point. Door fitter was nice and he fitted the door in 2 hours good clean job no mess took the other door away as well. Very happy all round”
