“Fitter arrived on time and worked through approx 4hours. He removed old french doors and fitted new ones. He could not have done a better job. When he left everything was left clean and tidy. I was also supprised at the quality of the frames and the locking systems. thank you safestyle.”

“Initially pleased with installation of French patio doors. But the problems soon appeared. To date 11 calls for a service engineer, the last call no engineer available for 4 weeks despite unable to secure the doors. Locksmith came late evening the next day and managed to secure. Still no engineer. 4 emails and letters of complaint - no response. Nearly 3 hours on the telephone in Sept, no resolution. Be warned: Customer service does not exist; queries not resolved and those local engineers - not near Eastbourne! This company boast big but does not deliver when there are problems. The product looks good but is poor quality. Advised the door frame has not been fitted square, hence the doors do not hang right and the security bolts/locks can't engage. Not sure how company got the Government Trust Mark but it doesn't deserve it! Avoid at all costs. Recommend Safe Style? I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy!”

“We were very impressed with quality of finish. The rep was not pushy which made a difference. I feel that I could trust the fitters who attended. So long as these fitters did the next job, I know I could leave the house for a few hours. I will be using this company in 2 years time to fit other windows when our credit is cleared.”

“From the initial quotation to the insulation the level of service from Safestyle has been amazing. I had multiple quotes from different companies including the big brands and Safestyle were able to beat the price and save me loads of money, but at the same time provide a great product. Even in these difficult times I was kept updated with the progress of the job. They were reliable and incredibly helpful with the experience. I am really pleased with the end product and the installers were very tidy. I would 100% recommend Safestyle and would use them again. I feel secure and safe in my house and reassured knowing it is more energy efficient now.”

“The people making appointment system proper messed up very annoyed as i was a good customer needed 2 doors and 7 Windows appoint ment messed about with didn't turn up eventually at the appoint ment they gave phoned at least 5 times to change appointment very messed up would never recommend to anyone”

“The lads came round and were incredibly efficient organized and professional in their work. Malcolm the lead worker had 35 experience on the job and it showed, fit and finish was perfect and all done with a friendly and relaxed demeanor.”

“Overall happy with new windows. Work carried out generally good, perhaps fitters could be more protective of the carpets. Little details were left not finished ( few bricks were left loose ether side of two windows). In the future will keep closer eye on them!”

“We are very pleased with our front door so far! The sales advisor turned up, within three weeks we had the survey and installation completed. The door looks great and it does make a huge difference in terms of noise and draft (both gone!) and I do appreciate the safety side of it :)”
