“From start to finish the doors and windows I had fitted was done to a very high standard the price is excellent and your house is left very clean and tidy after the installation is finished I can't praise the guys high enough to do them justice for the work done brilliant safestyle all of you”

“Customer service is excellent from the initial salesman who was polite and genuine there is no hard sell, the follow up with the surveyor gives you the confidence everything will be as you ordered, and then the friendly, efficient fitter, does and excellent job, no mess, high standards throughout. Every stage was professional, you receive quality and peace of mind of a job well done.”

“From the moment i rang safestyle i felt safe . Just coming out of lockdown everything is strange so talking to people in your own home wearing a mask was different . The quote i was given i was very happy with and now that the doors are fitted im over the moon . The fitter was hungarian and very polite (zsolt) . There was no mess at all and he did a marvellous job . 5 star service and a gold star for Zsolt.”

“We had our windows and doors replaced 5 years ago with Safe Style, but not patio doors. We have now used them again to replace our old patio doors. Fitters were excellent, worked hard and cleared up after themselves. We had excellent service both times and now the whole house is looking good. On my experience with the Company, yes, I would recommend Safe Style.”

“I am absolutely delighted with my new door, feel as if I have a new house. Steve,the fitter was excellent.The finishing off is perfect, you would not know there had ever been anything else there. Would highly recommend Safestyle if asked. Pat Laughton”

“We had our two front windows done and they look great! It’s so nice to not hear the main road like we did before. We received great advice on what to do with our mock bay, and the style of windows to go for. Everything happened within 5 weeks from our first conversation. We had put off getting this done as we were worried about price but it was more reasonable than we thought, and definitely worth it. Thanks!”

“We had Safestyle booked in for a window and french doors. The original date was 12th August (this was to coincide with a new kitchen and extension). We were disappointed when the date was changed last minute to 21st August. On the 21st August we received a phone call 5 mins before they were supposed to arrive explaining that the fitter had an abscess. A new date was set for 1st September with a sincere apology. We received a phone call on the day to say the fitter had got stuck on a job and wouldn’t be coming!!? With a promise of compensation, we agreed to a new date of 5th sept, we would get a phone call on 4th sept confirming a time. We had phone ourselves at 16:50, this time the fitters mother in law had fallen down the stairs and broken her coccyx!!!? We’ve now cancelled and asked for our deposit back as don’t feel like they’d ever turn up. Having being lied to and let down numerous times, I urge people not to use this company - they don’t deserve your custom. Customer ref. 1398289”

“Ordered and had a new door fitted with Safestyle. They offered the cheapest quote for what we wanted, after we had a quote from Everest too. Very timely for every visit from Safestyle and all employees we met very friendly and professional. Door is just what we wanted. Happy with the service!”

“I rang to inquire about a back door in the morning and by the afternoon we had a salesman turn up. He explained what would happen he was very professional we agreed a price. The fitter came within the time I was given and did an amazing job and the workmanship was first class and left everything clean and tidy.”

“The salesman was oblivious to the fact that I had agreed to purchase at less than 50% of the original price he came up and still continued his sales pitch spiel whilst it was obvious he had overspent his two and half hours and I had to get to work. The job was completed satisfactorily albeit with one genuine fitter and a "lacky" alleged trainee. One of the window locks has now failed and it is impossible to get an answer either on the phone or by e-mail wrt replacement. Aftercare is "pants"”

“Safe Style UK replaced all our windows and doors and we are extremely happy with the quality and service we recieved. The 2 guys (Zsolt and Kyle) fitted all the installation were very polite and respectable with good work ethnics. They carried out a thorough inspection with us and left the property very clean after themselves. They were also covid 19 compliant which gave us great peace of mind. The companies customer care rang the following day to make sure we were happy with the work carried out and everything was in order.”

Fitting was so good the great team of Liam and John. Everyone who has seen the door has complimented us on it. Safestyle UK you are superstars. “We eventually got our two windows and doors fitted by a good fitter. Problem were apparent when they had no handle for a window in our stable door! Two of the four frames were either scored in one place and in the other window there is a bit of the top plastic gorged out about the size of a finger nail. Doors need adjusting as difficult to lock. One other window lock was wrong and they fitted a gold one. We have two glass panels in the front door both have a line of mist/dirty looks like tape inside the glass and one also had very bad scores we decided to ask for only one the worst one to be changed. First appointment didn’t turn up and eventually talked to them and today we were supposed to have a visit from 8am to 10 am no one came yet again and no call from them either. Rang them 6 times four of these phones were answered and then dropped!!!! Eventually got to talk to someone they said they would contact our fitter who was on his way and get him to call us. An hour later no call called again and eventually got thru to a lady who said we didn’t have a call booked to come to us AT All!!! She would get her manager to call me back this afternoon I don’t hold out much hope. DO NOT BUY FROM THE WOLVERHAMPTON one you will feel totally let down and the glazing is bad very Misty go elsewhere I wish we had!”
