“From the beginning my elderly mom couldn’t of been looked after better in this pandemic Both the assers and the fitter were very professional and took all the correct precautions required and it made me as her daughter and a nurse very reassured that they would keep my mum as safe as possible Highly recommend a very good job done again”

“We had a great crew for fitting our windows and doors and thoroughly enjoyed the day even considering all the mayhem of having all 9 windows and 2 doors replaced over just two days. Our door is the talk of the street and the house looks so much better and is a lot warmer and more secure now too. They are one of the most expensive options but with their credit offers and the guarantee on all fittings, it just makes sense to use them.”

“As a company I would say they are not very organised, sent 2 different people to survey my windows 2 different prices , phoned the office went up another £400 , then tried to charge me for scaffolding that was already on the order , sent someone else to measure windows told me I would need a lintel on a window , I said that’s fine , another £700 , was not happy , a job that cost £3800 ended up £5200, only had it done because of the fitting time , can’t fault fitters , good lads and a good job”

“Good value but poor service. After external vents not supplied had to call customer services 4 times (including 2 scheduled engineer visits that did not show up - and I had to get back to them to re-arrange) to get them to come back and fit \ cover up the holes left.”

“The fitter come on time and was very tidy worker completed the install in good time and when he left you would not have known he had been the hole experience was a1 experience from the ordering to the survey to installation”

“Awful experience from start to finish, horrendous untrustworthy company. Seemingly lovely salesman convinced us to go with safestyle over other companies citing lots of work in our area (they were the 2nd most expensive out 6 we got quotes from). Downhill thereafter. 1. Told we’d be called within a week of survey being done to get a date for the installation. After two weeks of hearing nothing and 2 calls from me (on hold 20mins each time) we finally got a date after 3 weeks for 8 weeks after survey, having been lured in with a promise of 3-4 weeks. 2. The entire house (end of terrace 3 bedroom) was done in 2 days to an awful standard. The guys left my house at 9:30pm on the last day, and we’re drilling well beyond 7:30pm, and after I’d put my toddler to sleep. My husband had been out at work all day and into the evening so as I was alone I felt too intimidated to ask them to leave. 3. Silicone smeared all over my window sills, used to fill cracks in walls etc. When we complained a surveyor came around and he said he’d never seen such an awful job, he suggested a complete redo of the silicone. 4. When I called to arrange redo was told waiting 2 weeks for someone to fix it (3 weeks post installation) was a “very reasonable date”. 5. Crack in one of the windows - only noticed last week as windows left in such a state I thought it was silicone until I went to scrub it 6. Rubbish, nails and silicone scattered all over the front and back garden. 7. Unsympathetic, unhelpful customer service, have never spent less than 20mins on hold. 8. We had an engineer round to do the repair job on 30/10/20. He said he needed to come back for a further 2 days with 2 more guys to finish the job. 9. On 5/11/20 my husband called to book in the further repairs and they suggested 3rd MARCH 2021 as the earliest date. Awful company”

“We had a fabulous experience with Safestyle uk from the very start with the sales rep Pal Kainth who was very helpful and gave us excellent advice to what we needed. He was not pushy at all like many sales people are and made us feel comfortable. The fitters Stu and Tom ...very friendly and professional all our windows were fitted to a very high standard and we couldn't be more pleased. We would very highly recommend Safestyle uk and would definitely be using them again in the near future.”
