“From first contact. The process was very quick and easy. The salesman was very good, the survey quick and installation very good, the fitters were very nice and worked efficiently, didn't even want the proverbial cuppa. The price as OK. All in all good service.”

“Process from start to finish was excellent. I rang up the sales team and they sent a salesman that same evening. After discussing all the option and being shown what was available we come to an agreement on the price on my new door was ordered. Next a surveyor arrived again on time to confirm the measurements required for the new door and to go over the order to ensure everything noted by the salesman was correct (It was). Lastly the fitter turned up on the day and on-time to install the door. He was very polite and just got on with the job. This was completed in under two hours to a very high standard and all the mess was cleanup up afterwards. Overall I'm very happy with my new door which I think is excellent value. I would suggest you try and bargain with the salesman in though as discounts can be achieved if you persist.”

“We have just had a fantastic experience windows and door all fitted with no disruption to us what so ever. Our brilliant fitters Dai and Martin left no mess at all and were a pleasure to have in our home, it was as if the fittings had been done by magic. Thank you Safe Style.”

“Fantastic, my replacement kitchen window and door fitted, complete with extra large cat flap. The man who came to fit the items was pleasant, polite, professional and on time. As a considered purchase, I was able to purchase, over a timescale that suited my budget. I would recommend Safestyle without hesitation. One very happy customer”

“Here's a few comments I want customers to see, why Safestyle UK was the best choice for me. My last home was installed, with SS UK's, windows/doors, to maintain the heat across both of the floors. The job was done efficiently with good service and with ease, being absolutely brilliant, when I'm a hard person to please. Eventually I downsized and a cottage I did seek, finding my forever home, with a window which had a leak. However, as an existing customer, with SS UK on speed dial, they installed the new door/window, with staff members, giving the extra mile. My cottage is my haven, my sanctuary, my space... With thanks to SS UK's services, I now have a huge smile upon my face. 😊”

“I would give them 0 stars if it was possible. Safestyle messed up my order and won't do anything to make it right. I've ordered composite door from them and what they've installed had a wrong colour frame plus a wrong type of glass. Now they won't even admit it was an error on their side and say I have no evidence of what I actually ordered. Well guess what... I don't because your consultant does it all on a tablet which by the way he didn't know how to use. I have 6 more windows I need to replace but I will definitely not be using Safestyle ever again. Time to leave some reviews online and spread the news. Worst service ever!”

“Safestyle provided me with a very reasonable price on my window. It has been made and finished to a high quality. It literaly only took two weeks from placing the order to it being fitted. My home already feels warmer and the room looks so much brighter. I am already looking into having more done in the new year. Everyone from safestyle that I have come in contact with has been friendly and helpful. The fitters worked quickly and cleared up after them selves. I would strongly recommend them and did not feel pressured at all quite the opposite I was given all the information I needed and I like the fact that the prices you are given will hold for 12 months you can have them all priced at the same time and if you decide you want them done individually or all together it is up to you.”

“I had my windows and door fitted two weeks ago . Although I’m happy with them the work men left my house like a building site , they certainly didn’t leave it clean as I’d been promised. I noted straight away that the security chain and spy hole I’d ordered was missing. Despite doing this, telling the follow up calls, texting my salesman and emailing 3 times I’ve heard nothing. I’ve tried to call for a week but never an answer. They are quick enough to sell but the follow up service is shocking !!!!”

“Nice door, quick installation but the door doesn't have a spy hole (which was included on the order). Was told it would be sorted by customer services but have not heard anything back- that was a week ago. Other than that it's fine.”

“We had a Stable door fitted as a replacement for our old warped wooden back door. From the rep coming out the same day we made an inquiry to the actual installation everything went smoothly and easily. We were called to see what date was convenient for the installation and then given a time slot. The gentleman who fitted the door put matting down inside and out and even roughed up the cement around the frame so it matched our rendering. Cleaned up inside and out and gave a full explanation and demonstration confirming I was happy before he took payment. Whole process was simple and easy. Will definitely use Safestyle UK for any future work needed.”
