“Excellent service, from the sales rep coming out to the house to the workmen completing the work. Always stay in contact with you letting you know how the order is going and after installation they contact to make sure you was happy with the work. Outstanding company will defiantly use again if needed and recommend to friends.”

“We recently had our back door replaced. Service was excellent throughout. No nonsense initial approach from the sales consultant and surveyor. Fitters arrived promptly. Very pleasant and polite. Door replaced professionally. All work carried to a high standard. Really pleased with the door. Next door I have fitted will be a via Safestyle UK”

“I've had windows and doors installed by Safestyle previously and chose them again as a result of my satisfaction of their products and service. My recently installed windows are perfectly suited to the style of property and match the existing windows perfectly. Safestyle were efficient from beginning to end, keeping my fully informed at every stage of the process. All operatives from salesman, surveyor, installers and office staff were courteous and efficient throughout. I would highly recommend Safestyle to anyone contemplating new windows or doors.”

“Lovely door. The joiner cleaned up after himself so no mess. A little expensive. Needs more communication between rep, surveyor and joiner though. The surveyor stated my burglar alarm contacts on my old door would be fitted on to my new door however, the joiner was reluctant to do this, after my stating I would not have the door unless it was fitted onto my new door, he fitted it for me. I would recommend safestyle to anyone.”

“Rubbish...I'm aim disappointed. Had our window s and doors fitted had nothing but issues since. They wouldnt shut properly. And now we have guests of wind coming in because they didnt foam them properly so no insulation. Had to wait 3 months in winter to have then rectified. I have 2 babies who are constantly poorly because it's so cold.. my daughters curtain blows with the draft. I'm so upset that we are not more of a priority and my babies are poorly because they couldnt fit them right!”

“We asked for a weekend fitting expecting a normal service. What we got was a fitter who we now believe to have been drunk. He ripped out the wooden frames we were supposed to be keeping, leaving visible holes in the walls and chipped the brick work on the back of the house. He attached the windows with huge amounts of blue foam that caused damage to our radiators and carpets. He then left us with this mess and no handles on the windows so that if there had been a fire we were trapped. This was about 5 months ago. Since then safe style have fixed the windows to a good standard but not the brick work and despite calling every other day for the last 5 months we are still waiting for compensation for the carpets we have had to already pay to replace ourselves. I would not recommend.”

“I have just used safestyle for the fourth time in two houses. The staff are polite and friendly/ the quality is excellent and the prices cannot be beaten. This last job was ordered and completed in fourteen days, I wonder if any other company could match that? E Palmer devizes.”
