“Fantastic from start to finish. After a free quote and helpful chat with a member of the sales team all the way through the completion of the new sliding door we had fitted, we cannot complain. The door is beautiful, 2 huge glass panels in an anthracite grey frame. The whole fitting took a few hours and that included removing the old door and windows and knocking down two small walls. The fitters were exceptional, they did the job quickly and pretty quietly considering what was involved. The guys cleaned up beautifully and the attention to detail they had during the actual fitting and finishing of the door was second to none. The door moves smoothly and does not feel as heavy as anticipated considering its size. We were very lucky that from quote to installation only took a few weeks so we are still going to get to enjoy having the door open during the summer. We felt that the cost of the door was good value for money and would recommend Safestyle to others.”

“I recently had my windows fitted on the 23rd June. I was very happy with the installation and how they adhered to the measures put in place due to covid. They cleaned up after themselves which I was thankful for. They were both polite”

“We had our new backdoor installed on the 18th June. Couldn't have chosen a worse day weatherwise, with torrential rain all morning. The poor fitter was soaked and inevitably a lot of mud came into the kitchen. Pleased with the door. However, the flashing outside, probably with the hot weather, has become detached from the new concrete rendering. Also there are nasty stains on the flashing, which we thought we would be able to remove easily. But this is not the case. Any suggestions of how to remove the stains would be appreciated; normal household cleaning products have no effect. Pleased with product and service. Contract no. 1385870”

“Had them round to quote. Very pushy and hugely overpriced. Try watching the TV comedy series "white gold" . Every time I watch it I think of safestyle😂😂😂”

“Not a bad experience. Door fitted well and fitter was efficient and polite, but your salesman assured me the door would cut down noise from outside. This was not true. .it's worse if anything. I feel I was mislead .”

“We originally contacted via Facebook having used Safestyle before. All of the brochures were sent via email. Our order was made during the pandemic lockdown and the sales agent was excellent with his use of video calling. He talked through doing the provisional measurements and went through all suitable offers available with pricing. He ensured that we were happy with our choices before we went ahead. The surveyor came and did what was needed - whilst maintaining social distancing in a professional manner. The fitter came to fit the door and was polite, kept social distancing and generally had a great attitude throughout. He was careful around our property and cleaned up the area as he worked, making sure there was no mess at the end. The work done was excellent and he even double checked the lock and mechanism before leaving. He helped us through the phone payment system and was a perfect example of how to represent a company by his actions. We are happy to recommend Safestyle as we always get great service.”

“I just love my door from Safestyle uk . Fantastic product extremely well made ,fantastic value for money . Delivered and fitted on time with a wonderful man who remained and kept all social distancing due to COVID 19 in place . I love this company always fantastic service I will continue to use them every time I need new windows and doors . I always recommend them to family friends and anyone I know”

“A fair price and the work was carried out in a safe manner. Whilst the work was delayed due to COVID-19, we were booked in for the next available slot. The fitter was polite and left the area clean and tidy.”

“I had French doors fitted and was very happy with the service I was given. He was very efficient and did the job very well. He cleared any mess he made and was very thorough in his work. I would happily recommend safestyle to anyone as there customer service was very good, keeping me informed of when they were able to do the work”
