“Very disappointed with after-sales service. Had a white composite door in our lean-to which we expected to open outwards. but it opened inwards. We questioned this and their reply was that it is a security problem Later on in time the door began to turn yellow [there is a smoker in the house] but we were not informed that this would happen otherwise we would have had an ordinary upv door. When we phoned up and they sent an engineer out they couldn,t even write or phone me as to the outcome. I only found out what they thought after phoning the call center. Later on I noticed a crack in an up-stairs window. They took about 6weeks to come to replace it and then sent the wrong size window. This added another 6weeks waiting and on the day of fitting the new window I got a phone call to say that they couldn't find the window. So that is another 6weeks to wait. I am completely fed up with Safe style and regret getting involved with them. would never, never recommend them ! Walter”

“Door fitted 18 months ago very badly fitted door handle mechanism broke after a year had to wait 6 weeks for repair and still not rite.Fitted left bricks loose and frame damaged .I need new windows definitely wont be Safestyle.”

“Very disappointed with the after service of Safestyle. I have paid over £1500 for a new composite door. The salesman and fitting we’re 5/5 however once I noticed that the door knocker was not straight and loose the company have totally failed. I rang up within 1 hour of it been fitted and explained. They stated someone would ring me back... no one did. Rang back the following day, was told someone would ring me... no one did. Received a follow up courtesy call and explained the issue. Again told they would pass it on to the relevant branch and I’ve heard nothing. Safestyle were quick to please me prior to the contract been signed however now they’ve got my £1500 I feel that they don’t care about the faulty door knocker (which I have now had to sellotape down so it looks straight) Beware before you buy from this company”

“We obtained several quotations for the replacement of our windows and plumbed for Safestyle because their's was the most reasonable for the quality we were looking for. They sent a representitive who arrived promptly at the agreed time and he went through explained their product and gave a confirmation quote. The following day after discussing the whole visit we accepted the quote and confirmed to Safestyle we wished them to proceed with the work. They suggested an acceptable date for installation and their fitter arrived on time on that date. He immediately began installation which he completed to our satisfaction without inconvenience to our routine. Upon completion he tidied away all tools and debris, finally cleaning the installation areas and cleaning the glass in the windows just installed. We are delighted with the service provided by Safestyle and would highly recommend them without reservation.”

“yeehaw cowboys ! that is what these guys are at aftersales customer service. ask for a quote and 10 mins later they arrange the sales visit within 24hrs. have a problem after fitting and you are left hanging on the phone for hours, then they cant come for weeks and are not interested. good product...fitting guys cant fault...after sales absolutely garbage !!!”

“I love the idea of how the company works. You can choose without any pressure a product and check how the little assemblies may change the price. From the day one I was well inform about next step. So it was stress free. The man who came to fit the windows and lintel was extremely hard working person, who did not take a break even for a 2 minutes. What is more he was very knowledgeable, helpful and approachable . The property has been left clean.”

“The windows are really good however the ordering was mismanaged and there was a delay in supply and fitting of cladding which was very poorly communicated. Scaffolding remained up a full week after completion and we had to ring 3 times to request removal as this was causing us problems having to leave our gate open and the grass was dying off. The fitters were extremely good And the windows are nice quality however”

“Chris and Zak came to fit two windows and back door in my kitchen. They were both extremely competent, did a really good job and helpful in explaining how the door worked etc. I would highly recommend this Company.”

“Had a back door fitted on the 4th of Feb, a few days later the handle became very stiff and the door had a loud squeak, I rang them and they would not be able to come to sort the issue,s out til the 20th of March !!!! today, the 27th of Feb the door would not lock as the door had dropped, they still said they would not come til 20th of March and I had to row with them to come out, In the end they sent another company out, Shocking service from Safe Style, Do not use this company.”

“I would highly recommend Safestyle as not only do there make our home look modern and fresh, it has reduced our use of our heating. I thought the salesman, surveyor and the fitters all acted professionally and went out of their way to provide the best service.”

“The lads turned up to start the work, they were very polite throughout the time it took to do the job, we made them a few brews and was always greeted with please and thank you , once the work was finished I was shown around and was happy with the finish, the lads even tidied after them, I would highly recommend safestyle and would use them in future .”

“We decided to replace our 18 year old UPVC front door and side panel as it had become unreliable. Safestyle came and gave us a very competitive quotation and followed with a survey. On the appointed day the fitter arrived and discussed our requirements. He carried out a very competent installation , advising us of any problems and how they could be resolved. The result was an excellent new front door and side panel of which we are extremely proud.”

“The guys turned up in the morning and got stuck into the job straight away , the guys were very polite at all times , once the work was finished I was shown around to view what they had done and was very pleased with the standard of finish, they even tidy up after them, we made then a few brews throughout the day and was always greeted with please and thank you , we would highly recommend safe style and use them again,”
