“Ihre Reiseleiterin hat uns bei der Ankunft € 80,00 p.P. abgeknöpft für Hafengebühren und Treibstoffzuschlag, obwohl das Alles bei meiner Buchung " INKLUSIVE" angeben, haben nach mehreren Reklamationen zurück bekommen, beim Kapitän war was Freundlichkeit, Auskunftsfreude bzw. Info, Organisation u,a,m, anbelangt, noch sehr sehr viel Luft nach oben, Sauberkeit, Hygiene und Reinlichkeit ließ zu wünschen übrig, das Beste war die Küche, bzw. der Koch (SUPER), und am Ende hat der Kapitän von mir € 33,00 verlangt, für Kaffee, Tee und Wasser (-1x Bier € 3,00); war ebenso bei der Buchung "Inklusive", möchte daher € 30,00 zurück, habe keine Rechnung, da auf dem Schmierzettel sowieso das Meiste unleserlich war, sollte ich den o.a.Betrag nicht erhalten, muß ich es akzeptieren, kann ich Ihnen jedoch versichern, daß ich mit "sail in greece" nie mehr eine Kreuzfahrt unternehmen werde. Lieber Gast, Es tut uns leid zu hören, dass wir Ihre Erwartungen nicht erfüllt haben. In Bezug auf unsere örtliche Steuer sind 80 Euro korrekt, die bei Ihrer Ankunft in bar zu zahlen sind. Es tut uns leid zu hören, dass Sie von Ihrem Reisebüro nicht informiert wurden. Zu guter Letzt sind Tee, Kaffee oder Wasser während unserer Kreuzfahrt nicht inbegriffen, all dies kann an unserer Bar an Bord bestellt und bezahlt werden. Vielen Dank

“It was a fantastic experience, I really liked it, they provided full support and everything necessary, the cruise met all our expectations. It was really very good. We were able to spend this day very well. We ate delicious food and admired the beautiful views. The cabins on the ship are large and comfortable, everything is clean, the design of the ship itself is attractive, everything looks expensive and beautiful!”

“Most staff were very friendly and helpful, however difficult to understand at times. The food onboard was better than I thought it was going to be. Boarding and disembarking the ship was brilliant, very well organised and an easy process... very clean and well-kept cabin, size was bigger than I expected. All in all, this cruise is great for adults who love to drink and party and laze around in minimal attire and speak freely with every second word being profanity.”

“I love that they were able to arrange such a wonderful cruise for us. It was my 1st cruise and I was very happy. It was a very good ship, I spent time there with great pleasure. I can safely recommend contacting them. The staff is polite and they really deserve your trust. The food is delicious and excellent, the cabins are also large and comfortable, we were able to relax.”

“Ich kann all die guten Rezensionen wirklich nicht verstehen. Wir waren mit der Harmonia unterwegs. Der „Onboarding Prozess“ war eine Katastrophe, wir wurden 4 Stunden ignoriert, bis wir endlich Infos bekommen haben. Dann wurde uns erst mitgeteilt, dass wir erst am nächsten morgen losfahren und das Abendessen ausfällt. Auch die ganze Reise über wurden wir nie über den Tagesablauf oder ähnliches informiert. Der Kapitän war unfreundlich und grimmig. Das Schiff war in sehr schlechtem Zustand und musste ständig unterwegs repariert werden. Die Kabinen sind sehr alt, muffig und nicht sehr sauber. Die Getränkepreise auf dem Schiff sind sehr teuer. Wir hatten fast keine Nacht Strom, auch nicht wenn wir im Hafen waren. Es gab die ganze Reise über nur kaltes Wasser. Das einzig wirklich gute war das Essen sowie die Route. Wir können Sail in Greece nicht weiterempfehlen und können nur davon abraten.”

Wir möchten Sie darüber informieren, dass unsere Check-in-Zeit um 17:00 Uhr ist, daher ist ein früherer Check-in nicht immer möglich. Unsere Crew hält sich über unser Tagesprogramm an Bord auf dem Laufenden und informiert unsere Gäste täglich auf Englisch, aber nicht auf Deutsch. Daher schätze ich, dass hier das Kommunikationsproblem liegt, auf das Sie während Ihrer Kreuzfahrt gestoßen sind. Wir bieten während unserer Kreuzfahrt rund um die Uhr heißes Wasser und die Barpreise unserer Getränke sind sichtbar. Wir verstehen, dass sie teurer sein können als der Kauf von außerhalb, aber bitte bedenken Sie, dass die Bootspreise normalerweise etwas höher sind als üblich. Last but not least gibt es tatsächlich Häfen, die wir während unserer Kreuzfahrten anlegen, die keinen Strom vom Ufer liefern, und nach Mitternacht gibt es keinen 220-V-Strom auf dem Boot, aber alle Ihre Kabinenlichter und Toilettenanlagen funktionieren ordnungsgemäß. “It was an amazing holiday for us. The cruise allowed more freedom for us, so we really enjoyed it. Bar counters were great. Ship entertainment was excellent. The shows were all good. We did a buffet for breakfast and lunch and the selections were vast and always delicious.”

“This was my 1st cruise. The ship was really beautiful, but due to late dining. The cabin had everything that was needed, but hanging space was limited. We had a wonderful view, I was fortunate enough to see dolphins and whales! Food was amazing, so much variety and all freshly prepared with so much choice all day long. Very comfortable cabin, neat bathroom.”

“This is the most beautiful and trendy ship I’ve been on. Tons of attention to detail. I loved the design. Amazing seating areas - there are hammocks, and little tucked away areas, sunbeds, loungers, plush seating, clam shells, the list goes on and on. The lounge area at the pool has amazing furniture. the service was excellent, and the onboard activities to be lots of fun!”

We are tested before getting on board and at least twice again during the cruise. This takes no time at all and has effectively no impact on your cruise. They have installed hand-washing facilities in the food area, sanitizing stations everywhere and temperature stations everywhere and you were obliged to undergo a temperature every day. Overall nice experience with the cruise.”
