“I am updating my previous 1 star Saily eSIM review.
I had given up, but Saily help support did not give up,
And now my saily eSIM is working correctly.
Thank you saily support team 🙏”
“The service did not work at all. Too slow to be usable. Contacted support but couldn’t fix it. Now they refuse a refund. Stay clear!! It’s a waste of money.”

“Purchased for use in Mexico with my android phone. Never worked. Contacted Saily for assistance, complicated instructions sent. Followed each step by complicated step and still never worked. Waste of money.”
“Do not use! Scammers need to stay clear. Purchased an eSIM for Vietnam and the data didn’t work for 2 days. Asked for refund and wasn’t aloud to get one. Lost my money to these thieves”
“This was rubbish. I have used different Esims in the past with no problems. With Saily I did everything that the website told me to do and still didn’t work. It would connect but wouldn’t let me use the internet. Tried to contact the Saily website and left 3 different messages asking for help. No reply from anyone. Don’t use this Saily for there are much better Esim carriers out there.”
“Super duper bad. I bought 5GB data from Saily for my Korea trip. After I used less 2%, it’s not working. The technician team can’t fix the problem, I asked for a refund, they rejected because I have used the data more than 1%.”
“Everything went wrong. Since I downloaded this app my internet, wifi everything ruined. Now I am in Dubai and nothing works. I was wrong when I thought Saily Esim was the solution for my internet in other countries. Please dont download this app. You can better buy GBs via your own provider. FYI: also I have an Iphone 15 with latest updates.
Thanks Saily :):):)”
“TL;DR - Patchy connection in Major Japanese cities. Ubigi is cheaper and very reliable. Can’t speak to any other countries.
Device: iPhone 11 / iOS 17.6.1
Plan: 20GB / 30 days
I’m heavily relying on Google Maps to get around and find food options from my Japan trip. Data is super patchy in Tokyo and Osaka, meaning results are taking >30 secs to load and images even longer than that.
Checked with support and tried a few troubleshooting steps, e.g. manually selecting the carrier, turning my phone off / on. Ultimately, couldn’t get a refund because I used more than 1% of my allowance and the usual “we make no warranties regarding network coverage, quality or availability”.
Switched to Ubigi (recommended by my sister) and all my problems disappeared.”
“Tried it recently and was very impressed how easy the setup process was. They have a wide variety of different plans and countries to choose from and the plan I tried myself did not disappoint. The internet speed was fast enough to work and watch movies”
“It was very easy to install and use, and all the information is there on the app – from switching between countries, to checking your remaining data. It worked well for me.”
