“We went To Sainsburys at Oadby, Leicestershire today. The shop was heaving as you would expect 3 days before Xmas. Prya was organising everyone to stand in orderly queues to be served. It ran like clockwork. She was brilliant. Engaging ,pleasant and chatty whilst dealing with the matter in hand in a most efficient manner. Wished us a happy Christmas as we do her. A shining example of the sublime .”
“I use the sainsburys in Glasgow city centre every morning the one 5 Argyll street. the two ladies that always on the tills 8am to 9am are the nicest and most helpful staff in retail that I have ever come across. they are so focused on their customers friendly and it is a pleasure to speak to them each day when I shop there. I would love this feedback to reach their store manage. I have just watched the recent series on sainsburys on tv too and it made me want to comment on these two ladies specifically because they consistently for 2cyears provided excellent customer service and should received a reward orxrecognition ... the commute can be hard but the friendly chat each day is a great way for me to start the day.”
“I shopped online. Delivery was Tuesday 10th December 2019. I am a coeliac and normally have to shop around. I was quite impressed with the gluten free range. I hope it gets even better. It was better doing it online than going into the shop in Hinckley. Not that Hinckley shop is bad, but it is sometimes hit and miss. The delivery came on time. Everything I ordered was there and the delivery driver was very friendly, so no moans from me on this”
“My first online delivery and I couldn’t of asked for a better company to deliver my groceries I had a polite driver that explained about stuff with it being my first shop He was lovely and I was given 4 money off coupons with my receipt to spend Which is great as Christmas is just around the corner one of my coupons includes triple points on clothing which is fabulous and also £12 off the next £50 shop which will come in handy for a Christmas shop i also love how they add nectar card points to each time u spend so it’s a big bonus I didn’t get any of this with my ASDA shops unfortunately I will definitely be ordering again thanks Sainsbury’s :)”
“I am disabled I was shopping in Sainsbury’s in Pinhoe Exeter. I stopped one of your staff Shani to ask where an item us as I was struggling getting around with the pain she not only showed me where the item was she pushed my trolley. Shani unpacked all my shopping she got Jade to help me pack and Jade then took it to the car and packed it in the boot. I also thank you for your decision not to sell fireworks... I have always had dogs (black labradors) who have all been total terrified by fireworks....

My mother has dementia and had turned the delivery driver away, so I called and the lady I spoke to was very, very pleasant and helpful. She contacted Swindon Bridgemead shop and arranged for the order to be redelivered the next day. As it happens, the driver was contacted and came back the same evening, which was fantastic and above and beyond, thank you for your care and sensitivity.”
