“I shop at sainsbury's nearly every day.i enjoy shopping & I spend alot of money there.staff are always happy& polite.but after hearing that the nectar card will be replaced with points only to be used with a smartphone I shall not be shopping there again.i am so upset by this change that only certain customers with a smartphone receive these rewards.you have lost a loyal customer of many years”
“I have just had my first Sainsburys order delivered. I usually shop in the store but because I tested positive for Covid I wasn't allowed to go out. The driver (unfortunately I didn't know his name) was really good, I left my bags outside and he filled them for me and knocked when he had finished. I received all of my order apart from one item so I am totally satisfied. Thank you Sainsburys for your professionalism and friendly service”
“I went in Sainsburys in Scarborough to buy a bottle of my grandads fave Captain Morgan rum as it would have been his birthday today, unfortunately there wasn't any on the shelves.
Despite being extremely busy Graham went out the back to find me a bottle when infact he could have said there wasn't any.

“I ordered from Sainsburys online for the first time while I was isolating. I don't normally shop with Sainsburys, I just grabbed the only available online food delivery available in my area as I was unable to go out to the supermarket. I didn't have high expectations (I just wanted something to eat!) but I have to say the experience was brilliant. The quality of the fresh fruit and vegetables was outstanding - everything had a long expiry date on it and was exactly the sort of thing I'd have chosen myself if I'd gone into a store. There were one or two substitutions but I've come to expect this on an online shop - and they were all things I could use (nothing random as I've had from other shops). I was really pleased with the experience and I will order again. (Plus the delivery was on time and from a friendly driver!)”

I appreciate that the shoppers try to find good substitutes if needed at no extra cost. A brilliant service that makes such a difference when life can be so busy.”
