THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY IF YOU DO A REFUND, shop at a different beauty supply! Be ready to have your money stolen. I returned an item and never got my money back. The store made a mistake and customer service said there was nothing they could do about giving me my money back or my product.

Date of transaction: 07/22/2024 Purchase amount: $56.62 Complaint: I placed an order online for 2-hour delivery. The order was delivered to the wrong house. I contacted the delivery driver who said he was unable to do anything about it. So, I contacted Sally Beauty Corporate, to which I was informed that I can only receive a refund if the products are returned. However, I cannot return something that I do not have, I expressed my dissatisfaction and was still refused a refund. A photo of the items on a doorstep was sent to my phone, to which I was able to confirm that it was not my door. My dad walked down the street of our neighborhood and could not find the items on any of our neighbors' doorsteps. Won't be trying that delivery service again.

Sally’s is expensive, last 2 times I went it cost me 70 dollars! I only got a few items. Their nail polish is overpriced! What you pay 4 dollars for at Walmart, you’ll pay 8 dollars for at Sally’s! Last time I’ll shop there and I’m definitely canceling my credit card there!

I have to say that when you order on line any sally products and it says it will be delivered in 2 hours. Please please please do not believe it. I placed an order for two items and only one arrived within the 2 hour mark. I figured that my product was not available so I gave it another day. Three days later nothing I call and I am told it will arrive between 7 to 10 business days. I express that it was false advertisement and what I was told was it was placed as shipping I expressed how it stated 2 hr and I got nothing.. I will never EVER do this again. They lack customer service d and customer satisfaction

Plain and simple ur employee was one of the rudest person I' very ever seen. Called a liar with other customers there. I was right won't be back a.d will tell everyone I know. If she treated that way she's rude to others also !!!

THIS ORANGE HAIR BOY IN A HALTER TOP LITTLE BOY WORKING IN THE STORE WORKING GONNA SAY TO ME , YOU SMELL LIKE TURKEY?? WHAT REALLY IS THIS THE SERVICE WE GET NOW. I came in to purchase not be insulted by someone who is apparently unsure of who they are. Id like this handled and not swept under the rug

Online order shipping is a disaster. Each and every time! I am in the process of finding another company to supply my companies. I can not comprehend how this company is turning a profit due to the constant returns, poor customer service and reorders. Save yourself the hassle and find a dependable company for supplies.

Do not buy bought hair clip I always get it in store but with covid ordered online clip was broke its width is much smaller only fits back of your head at 18cm not specified I was told if I sent a video which I have they would refund after speaking with Jennifer wright manageress total lies now being ignored it's not right getting away with this it's in the bin as no use 24.00 down the drain but they are richer for it don't go near them

Just left Sally's on VA and Omg ...you have to pay for a bag to purchase items purchased in...WTW...I should have return the item.

I like Sally's and I purchased beauty supplies from there. But I shopped at store #857 to purchase products for a friend she gave me a coupon with a barcode and the manager Ivette Flores refused to scan a valid coupon because Sally was not written on it. My friend has purchased many products from Sally's and she earned those coupons. I left the store embarrassed and went to another store were the coupon scanned and I got the savings my friend earned without issue the clerk was friendly and had excellent customer service. Ms Flores is not a leader and should not be in a managerial position because she sets a bad example for other Sally's employees.
