“Terrible customer support. Like their shoes but the website is not good. Trying to filter on size and it's not working how you would expect. It brings up a bunch of shoes that when I click on them are NOT available in my size. Called customer support and got an unhelpful response.”

I bought some trail running shoes for ~£100, and they lasted less than 50km total. I tried to contact them about a potential manufacturing fault, but their customer service is the worst I've ever experienced. I spent over a month speaking to at least 6 different people, because they kept asking for more pictures of the shoes. I think they have a problem receiving email attachments, which I tried to explain to them but to no avail (since I'd be passed to a different person each time).
All-in-all, £100 a lot of time wasted dealing with a company that doesn't care at all about their customers.
Would recommend literally any other company for build quality/customer service”

On January 4th I cracked one of my Nordic skate skis. I proceeded to contact the consumer service on January 5th.
That day, I wasn’t aware of the incredible saga I was going to live.
After dozens of e-mails, an incalculable number of pictures requested and the loss of my case twice, they finally approved that I resend my skis for “verification”. On FEBRUARY 21, I received a new pair of skis.
I thought the history was over…. NOOOO, the bindings that came with the cracked pair, didn’t come back with the new pair.
This adventure cost me 2 months + the loss of pretty much the whole season of ski.
Do yourself a favor, don’t ever buy Salomon product, unless you wanna waste your time and a whole season.
