SAMi® is a video-based sleep activity monitor for parents, caregivers and individuals that need to watch carefully for unusual movements at night. SAMi can detect and alarm on all types of movement, with settings that can be easily customized to your individual needs. During sleep, the SAMi camera's proprietary technology monitors for unusual or abnormal movement in the field of view. When abnormal movement is detected, an alarm sounds on the Apple device running the SAMi iOS app (iPhone / iPod / iPad / Mac) and displays a live video / audio feed. Within seconds, the individual or caregiver can take any necessary action. “Sami has been a life saver. My 14 year old ASD son has now had a couple of seizures. While we are waiting on an MRI and a Neurologist appointment ( which takes months ) sleeping was almost non existent. I was constantly getting up to check on him. With the reassurance of the Sami camera we are now able to relax and get a good nights sleep. I highly recommend this camera.”

“SAMi is that piece of mind that our family needed. Not only does it allow us to monitor/record our daughters episodes, but it allows us to check her sleep patterns and also gives us (parents) a "better" night sleep. The device was very easy to set up using the tips article provided upon purchase. My daughter's nurses also LOVE the device and the portability of it.”

“I purchased the Sami-3 camera 8 months ago to monitor my epileptic son while sleeping. It occasionally had wifi connectivity issues that had gotten worse over time. I contacted customer service and they had me try a few fixes that were unsuccessful. They sent me a replacement camera and it works flawlessly!! Great product and awesome customer service. Highly recommended!”

“I love the SAMi3 ! I honestly don't know how we lived without it prior. It helps us be alerted if our daughter has a seizure or gets up in the middle of the night by using its motion detection. It's also been extremely helpful by recording various times throughout the night allowing us to send important videos to her Neurologist.”

“When it works, it’s amazing! I need an IT degree to figure out the internet & router situation. Since I don’t have a degree in technology, this work about 40% of the time. Most of the time the iPad searches for the camera. If it doesn’t find it in a specific amount of time or if it loses the signal, it makes a crazy beeping sound- any time- day or night.”

“The monitor has worked perfectly since we received it! My son is now in a room with his younger brother instead of sleeping in my room. I like all the different options in the settings section, I have been able to fine tune it to our needs. My only wish would be that it would have a speaker option- when my son has a quick seizure, I would like to be able to tell my other son that it's okay and I saw it, so he doesn't feel the need to come get me... other than that, we are very satisfied with this product!”

“Thoroughly impressed with every element of this experience. Website is great. Customer service is great. I had some really technical questions about whether my home IT/network situtaion would work okay with SAMi and they promptly got me the answers I needed. At no point did I feel they were trying to sell me on anything, just straightforward honest answers. As for the product itself - it works just as it is described and we are so grateful to have it.”

“So useful! My daughter has seizures surrounding sleep. We were using the embrace watch to monitor night seizures. While useful, we suspect it missed a lot. Within two weeks of having the Sami installed, we have caught 4 seizures that the embrace watch missed. This has given us much more piece of mind than we previously had.”
