I just bought one of their $3000 refrigerators yesterday. So far the fridge is great. What I'm not happy about are the instructions. I've been in construction for over 45 years and have been installing appliances for almost the same amount. I had to remove the doors to get it in the house. Where the instructions were horrible was in regards to uncoupling the water line to take the door off. The instructions read that you hold onto one end of the water line and pull. That is totally wrong. For those of you out there who may have to do it yourself, what you actually have to do is "PUSH" on the white synthetic bushing and THEN PULL. Samsung seems to be a great product. But their technical writers for instructions need to learn how to write.

Samsung, just get rid of Bixby, it did not work from the start! It doesn't work now, and it will not ever work! It sucks up mass resources, that could be put in processer, or better yet, the graphics processor???!!! I'm tired of buying your flagship phones and having to deal with this ai disaster of yours!! Tack the hint!!!! Because I don't speak just for myself. Thank you.

Samsung has everything I need in a phone. It's not too complicated to handle, the camera quality is good, I can text and call, the perormance is amazing, the battery life is excellent, the emojis are cute and the price is good. I've had my Samsung s9 for a good 4 months and so far I haven't experienced any setbacks or flaws in design. Since I am only 12 years old, the only thing that I would love for Samsung to do is change their heart emojis because they're too stubby and fat and just not cute. Perhaps try to make them taller and elegant like the Apple hearts?

We bought a Samsung dual washer (.the one with the small washer on top ) had it for two years and it goes out, the repair said the mother board went out and that they just worked on one like this a week ago. Oh ok now I’m worried . Paid way to much for this and now we are having problems with it.. my best advice to anyone thinking of this model, think long and hard. Footnote: we purchased 4 year protection plan and well that has been a real nightmare as well. Find another machine other than this one,I wish I had.

I visited your store in Liverpool one and the manager was really inefficient. Prices that were shown by the phone I wanted had been increased at the till for the handset alone. The lad who was on the till was really lovely and tried to help but I asked to see the manager and she was just so explanatory and basic with no apology's. My sister needed a new phone recently so has gone to the store which I went with her and this member of staff was so lovely. He had my mum, sister and myself laughing and was extremely helpful. His name was Mathew from the Liverpool One store and I would love it if he could get recognition for how amazing he was, not only knowledge and helpfulness but also for how much of a lovely person he was. My sister suffer's with her mental health and can get upset really easy and he completely cheered her up and made the process so much easier to fix her broken phone.

They repaired my phone under warranty, changed the port as it was burnt. Replaced my cable all within 9 business days. Just had to keep on top of it. Lose one star for not keeping me in the know how and me having to ring in to ask.

After poor initial service at Princes St Store Edinburgh by Conor. I am pleased to say my next visit was handled professionally by both Adam and Tom. The problem with my Galaxy A3 phone was investigated running a diagnostic check in the store. New main board was required and I received my fully repaired and working phone the next day. Still have to say there is a staff training issue here as Conor gave me wrong information regarding procedures in place at Samsung stores.

Sent off phone for repair. Came back winthin 5 days. They called double checking why it needed repairing. Although they couldn't find the problem, there seems to be no further issues possibly because they took a quality check and the latest update. Staff were very helpful and UPS collection was very efficient.
