"UPDATE\r\nSandbag have left a reply\r\n\u201c I can see that our customer service have been in contact with you and I understand that is matter has now been resolved\u201d\r\nThis reply is their \u201cstandard reply\u201d\r\nTHE MATTER HAS NOT BEEN RESOLVED\r\nNO REFUND HAS BEEN GIVEN therefore THEIR \u2018standard reply\u2019 and any Customer Service contact promising a refund IS DISHONEST\r\n\r\nI HAVE NOW BEEN IN CONTACT WITH MY BANK WHO ARE DISPUTING THE CHARGE (as they can clearly see payment, no dispatch and no refund)\r\n\r\nSANDBAG - please have the decency not to reply with another dis honest comment\r\nTHIS IS NOT RESOLVED although I have been in contact with customer service on many occasions.\r\nOdd how you have the time to reply to a trustpilot review yet cannot reply to either of my last two emails\r\nMY REVIEW STANDS\r\nHORRENDOUS!!!!\r\nHorrendous. Paid \u00a360,99 in July. \u00a310.99 was for premium delivery.\r\nBook was released Aug 22 and book was due to be delivered on that day (hence \u00a310,99 premium postage service)\r\nEXCUSES\u2026EXCUSES\u2026.EXCUSES and finally, last week, refund agreed but this was not processed as promised so 2 months later I have no product, no refund and a lot of hassle.\r\n\r\nI wish I had checked out Sandbag before purchasing as they have an average 1.1 (out of 5) star reviews with all reviews I read having same issue \u2026.paid and unfulfilled order.\r\n\r\nIf this company does not want to be known to scam people then I suggest it does what is supposed to do as currently appears extremely like a scammer\r\n\r\nIt is not rocket science to do what you purport to do\r\n(customer pays ~ customer gets what it paid for ) and I suggest that Sandbag also invests in customer service as currently it provide zero service in both.\r\n\r\nAVOID"
