“I’m Disappointed that I wasn’t informed that I could return an item with a returns label, as the item was a decent amount that was frustrating that i couldn’t have a full refund and i posted it back to store to tell me i would have to pay to get it posted back to me as my 2 week window of returned had lapsed which was another surprise as usually it’s 4 weeks so very disappointing”

“Fast delivery beautifully packed, I forgot to activate my 20% discount but when I opened the box a gorgeous little red clarins make up bag was in there as well full of goodies someone had picked up that I hadn't claimed my discount and popped the little bag in, lovely customer service 🥰”

“Unfortunately won’t shop here again. Bought a shirt for holiday which did not fit and these things happen and ordinarily would just return. However, was flying out that day and could not return until I got back from holiday and missed the 14 day return policy by one day. Despite advising them they refused a refund or exchange and had to get the shirt sent back to me and am now stuck with it. I appreciate policies but under certain circumstances can relax which they refused. 🙁”

“Very fast delivery, received the very next day after ordering. Item was lovely and great quality but unfortunately had to return due to size problems. The returns process was very easy. If Sanderson's had a 5.5 size I would have definitely kept them. Such shame”

“I ordered a raincoat from the store online. DPD delivered to another address despite ahving said they'd delivered to my address. Nicole Burgin was absolutely on the case and kept me fully informed throughout and my raincoat arrived the following morning. I'm delighted with the item - but equally impressed, if not moreso, by Nicole's exceptional customer support.”

“Shocking they don’t accept returns on aftershave that has not been opened in any way! Not even the gift wrapping I would understand if box was opened the box plastic wrapping or gift wrapping has not been touched. Avoid this store as it’s a ridiculous policy for unfortunate circumstances I had to return so that is £200 out my pocket because this company the only company I know that doesn’t accept untouched boxing still wrapped. It’s shocking”
