I ordered an item that was in stock, the pay.ent went through but then the order was cancelled without any communication. Money was refunded, but that's not the point. I would have liked an explanation as to why at least.

First time buying from this boutique and I can sadly say it wasn’t a positive experience! I ordered a pair of Armani trainers in black for next day delivery for my son’s prom but when they arrived they were completely different to what I had ordered! They come in blue beige and orange!! I sent and email the same day to complain and address the issue over a week ago now and I still haven’t had a response back which I’m my eyes is terrible customer service.

The returns process is difficult, not straightforward and as a result am left with an expensive item that’s too big to wear. Ultimately my fault for buying a larger size but am used to returns process that are very simple therefore not time consuming.

Placed an order, largely for a shoe valet kit. Also added an order of socks to obtain free delivery. Sent the socks, cancelled the delivery of the shoe valet set without any explanation (despite it showing online, and still showing as available online). Voucher I used to part pay was split across both item, I didn’t even get the socks with the voucher, despite them cancelling my order. I will never use them again, and don’t advise anyone else too.

They have a fabulous range of menswear on an easy to use website. Next day delivery meant I got my purchase within 24 hours. Had a slight discrepancy when delivered but this was sorted out immediately so I have to say that the customer service is excellent. I will definitely be using Sandersons again.

Ordered my flip flops and when they arrived I couldn’t get my feet into them as the toe post material was short so couldn’t get them on . Maybe there was faulty. Not impressed having to pay Ā£10.00 to return through the post office ordered and tracked to send them back either . J Pogson
