“I uninstalled the new app as it kept freezing on the initial page for minutes on end. Installed the app again. Now I need to reload my ID and face picture when it should be on record under my log in details when I first installed the app. Trying to take an acceptable picture of my ID seems impossible, as it's blurred or not in frame or not possible to read.
A waste of time and effort. I'll do online banking from now on, until they ruin that.”
“Since new app became operational I have had considerable problems with accessing and completing transactions on my android tablet.Slow log on,repeated log requirements,transactions incomplete, no confidence,NEVER had any issues with old app,getting to stage of closing account and going elsewhere.”

“We have had accounts with AbbeyNatioal / Santander for over 40years . We currently live in South Africa and have told the bank we do not have a reliable postal service. We have now discovered to our horror they are in the process of closing all accounts because they sent letters in February which we've received on 31st May . We have now been told the accounts are being closed because we did not respond. We are totally stranded now without funds to pay our bills and everyday living expenses. We have appealed to them to help to no avail. We have a substantial amount of money with them and are very concerned that they say they are going to send a cheque despite telling them time again We do not have a postal system which is the cause of this awful situation in the first place . “My bank account were closed with no explanation and this is a nightmare cause as you know you schedule all your payment from the account and people at the Branch are not polite and professional specially branch located in Dedham square, MA where the manager do not leave her chair to speak to customer and treat you like you’re from another planet!! Sorry Santander you need improve your customer relations.

“I wish I could give them 0 stars. If I had known that I would have so much hassel and issues with this company I never would have signed with them. Its been a constent battle of them over charging me and taking two payments at once and all ways sending me incorrect bills that are not what I owe. This company litterally will rob you blind do not work with them.”
“If I could give them no stars I would. The website works maybe 10% of the time, and they cap what you can pay towards the balance. I paid my debt 100% off just to never have to deal with them again.”
