This is the second time I’ve ordered from Affluent Interior. The lights I ordered this time were spectacular and looked exactly as shown in the catalog. All parts of the ordering process were seamless and I highly recommend to anyone thinking about ordering to go ahead and do it. You will not be disappointed!

I ordered 3 and 4 bulb lights. The 4 bulb had the glass shade broken. Support were very quick to make it right and promptly had a new one out to me without any fuss. Was very impressed by their support and commitment to right something that was probably due to the shipping companies mishandling of the product. Would recommend.

Ordering was a breeze! I received my fixture very promptly, Installation was very simple. There was plenty of extra connecting electric cord an extra chain if I wanted to swag or be more creative than just a straight drop from the ceiling. Quality of the fixture is great, I'm very pleased!

We received the beautiful fixture sooner than expected. It was packaged extremely well and delivered in excellent condition. You could tell great care was taken to make sure that there were no problems.

Inside my parcel, the order arrived very securely with lots of padding and protection. I was very worried of the glass chipping / breaking however, it all arrived in tact. Cannot speak for the installation as I am yet to do so.

The chandelier I purchased was delivered on time and was packed great to avoid any breakage problems. And, all the necessary parts were included accurately as well. It’s beautiful and I love it. it’s beautiful and I love it.

somewhat apprehensive about placing a large order for an item online but the order arrived, 5 days after the expected date and in a perfect condition. The shipment was well packaged and all the glass inside was in tact.

Purchased some lights from them. Got a confirmation email. It’s been almost a month with no item and no shipping confirmation but they HAVE withdrawn the payment from my account. Seems like a scam to me

Tried to follow up on an item that stopped working within the warranty period, and customer service never got back to me after multiple emails and chat sessions. Just radio silence on every end. Products may look nice but aren't high quality, and good luck getting them to replace them under warranty.

Unfortunately, this is my last message to Affluent Interior, due to the lack of respond to my emails as well as false information stated on their website related to my order. "Hello: I placed order number **** for 5 Industrial Outside Wall Lights September 21, 2023. On September 22, 2023, I received tracking number ******************. Upon tracking my order, "Global Express Tracking" states that the shipment is "Awaiting Seller Dispatch" in Mainland China. In addition, "UPS" states that the tracking number is not valid. Why is that after 7 days of placing my order? Seems a bit odd that the shipment cannot be tracked by now. In addition, this is my 4th email following up on the matter without a response which leads me to believe that perhaps fraudulent activity is occurring. As a result, I am contacting my credit card company to alert them of the situation, due to your lack of response and cooperation.

This is a terrible company. The product they sent was not legal in for sale in Canada as the wiring is not certified here. i tried to contact the company multiple times and they dod not respond. Never deal with them

Terrible customer service. Website & products online look slick, but I wouldn’t go near them again. They were quite prompt in their responses before the purchase. After the purchase, they didn’t respond to multiple messages. Ended up giving me a refund which was less than the amount paid due to the exchange rate

I ordered 2 corded lights but they sent me hardwired. I have contacted them 4 times in the last 9 days to correct this mistake and they have not reached out so I hard to file a claim with my credit card

I purchased the pouvoir pendant lights, directions stated to email affluent in regards to a video for installation, I sent over ten emails and to this day no response. Which delayed completion of installation. Customer service is beyond poor which is super sad. The pendant lights are nice that's only reason they got 2 stars. I found someone who specializes in light fixtures which saved the day
