“good service all round...the structure of the loans make them alittle more exspensive than some other short term lenders. however, having said that i would recommend them as the customer service is very good. my only criticism would be that its not possible to change the payment from monthly to weekly without it possibly affecting your credit rating making the loan more difficult to manage than it needs to be.. But all in all a good product thats clearly explained and professionally managed. would have put 4 and a 1/2 stars if i could.”

“When i loaned for the first time i was afraid that i won't be accepted because of my credit rating is not at it's best due to the fact that i have credit card with Barclays and paying it off for years now , however i was accepted and loan was issued and i made promise on my behalf to always pay on time. Since then i had 5 or 6 loans with Satsuma from £100-300 and i chose Satsuma because they have good interest rates , they are cheaper than some others , don't know if cheapest one but overall as a customer i am happy with them.Another good side of the company is that if you find yourself struggling , you always can give them a ring and they will understand your position and move a date , great customer service every time you need to talk to member of Satsuma. Overall - Great !”
