“It's easy stress free and your cash is in your account within a couple of hours. Staff on the phone are very helpful. My application was all done online I didn't have to speak to anyone. The form was very easy to fill in step by step. I am very happy with satsuma. I would 100 recommend”

“Extremely costly compared to competitors, taking weekly payments rather than monthly so you have to ensure you put aside the money each week to pay them back. Tries to intimidate you when offering to repay early by saying they will send a letter when I clearly said I don't want any correspondence by post, supposedly for FCA requirements (other lenders you can pay online/over the phone no problem). Repayments are very much front loaded so even if you can repay early you've paid most of the interest in your early payments. Bad company, not helpful and no online account management (Was informed it is in its early stages and will send invitations to random customers in the future).”

“I was very happy with how quick the response was, unlike other lenders who require you to have a guarantor. I don'the believe in other people having to pay for your debts, that'sounds my responsibility.”

“Loans are organised on-line and repayments taken directly thru bank (direct debit style) but it's a lot cheaper to borrow same loan amount directly from Provident by doorstep loan, paying agent who visits each week to personally collect monies. Both loans meant to be thru same company, but no logical reason why Satsuma is more expensive, so be careful.”
