“We ordered a desk top and laptop. The desk top came the next day and the laptop was delayed. I would advise save on laptops to check with DPD as they had left our laptop in the lobby area, where no one was and they had said I had signed for it. I had not signed for it, it was only found because I checked online and it said it had been delivered, so I went looking for it. As its a laptop I think this is very bad. However save laptops were very good price and themselves great customer service.”

“The ordering was straightforward and I received an email and two texts to tell me when and at what time the parcel would arrive. The laptop arrived at the time stated - almost to the minute. I have not had the time to switch it on yet - but hopefully everything will be ok.”

“I was recommended your website by an IT professional who regularly uses your website to purchase new laptops for his clients. I found the choice of laptops and the prices very competitive. The service was excellent. The order was placed on a Friday afternoon and the laptop delivered to our office on the Monday. I have already recommended your website to a couple of people who are looking for a well priced laptop. First class service.”

“To start, the laptop was delivered in a black plastic bag, rather than any additional packaging. The laptop ordered was faulty beyond belief; so slow it took 30-40 seconds to respond to any typing on screen. When the brick was sent in, it took over a month for them to recognise I had a valid complaint and a further 2 weeks to get around sending me my refund. This was only after numerous angry emails demanding they get their fingers out of their rectums and do something! I've had faulty items before from other companies, but at least there's a genuine effort to deal with the complaint swiftly and to keep in my good books. Not from these people. In this day and age, there's no chance this lack of good customer service will continue as sensible people will stay the heck away from this crappy company. I hope you, the reader will also be sensible and stay away!”
