“Bought a laptop for my son. It was a good spec for the price. My son loves it, he can now play online games without complaining about lag. In the 6 mths we've had it there have been no problems. Would definitely consider buying from them again.”

“I purchased a touch enabled 12 inch laptop but after a couple of days usage I didn't like it mainly because of its size so I requested a return. I received return labels in a couple of days and I received my refund although they deducted some machine reset fee which was down to me not restoring to factory defaults before sending it back. In the end I purchased an i7 16inch Asus AK55 and I never regret thereafter. Overall a good experience with saveonlaptops.”

“Excellent laptop, lots of storage, lots of memory and robust enough to be used everyday. Very, very happy with the service, delivery and price from seller and will almost certainly buy from them again. Highly recommend if you want a good laptop at a very decent price.”

“I was very impressed with the service I received from Save on Laptops. I ordered fairly close to Christmas and even though I didn't pay the extra for next day delivery I received my laptop the next day! Don't know if this was a mistake but I certainly wasn't complaining, overall I felt very confident after calling the company to confirm the order over phone after placing the order online which at first I thought was an unusual, but in retrospect it was an added security and confidence. Can't recommend this site enough, by far the best deal I could find anywhere and on top of that a good service too.”

“I was very happy with my saveonlaptops order. The search options really helped me to narrow down the field so that I could find one that had all the features I wanted (seriously is it that hard to make a laptop with a dedicated gfx chip that doesn't weigh >2.5kg?) and once I had done some serious review comparisons they had my choice really nicely priced. Bonus, they offer collect+ delivery so I could just pick it up from my local store on my way back from work instead of having to stay home all day. It was just really easy.”

“Quick delivery and a copy of antivirus supplied. However, I wanted to use Kaspersky instead. I found it impossible to remove the MacAfee antivirus software installed. When I approached Acer they were totally unhelpful unless I paid money. I have removed antivirus software before without too much problem but this time the only solution I could think of was to reformat the hard disk and reinstall the operating system without the crapware. I didn't do this as I had already installed other software. For the record in Computer Shopper mag the last antivirus review gave MacAfee a 76% success rate and Kaspersky and some others 98-99%. This was the reason I wanted to remove the MacAfee software. This does not reflect on Save on Laptops as they are an online seller but does on Acer. Next time I will either buy a laptop over the counter on condition that they install Kaspersky or other antivirus before I take delivery or buy a different brand without MacAfee installed (if I can find one). This type of issue is always a potential risk of buying on line.”

“The duo 13 is a wonderfully advanced beyond any normal tablet - the speed of the i7 is awesome in the proper sense of the word. This deal was great in all respects - price, delivery and product. where is the very very good button?”
